I have never been so truly disgusted with a pharmacy or better yet a particular pharmacy staff in my life. As I would like to be as professional as possible and leave out the staff members name; he is the only male to work in the pharmacy so it isn’t hard to figure out. I work at a doctors office and on 2 separate occasions he tried to belittle me, make me feel as though he didn’t have time for me or my patient I was calling for, and questioned my intelligence. He also stated multiple times during both calls that he didn’t have time to deal with me or my questions for my patients medication and at one time told me I was stomping around and having a temper tantrum. I can only imagine if he feels it is okay to speak to a doctors office like this- someone who is advocating for patients medications and the cost of those meds, you can then imagine how he speaks to those calling in or stopping in to pick up their medications and are to afraid to speak up. There is a reason cvs has just over 2 stars and yet our town continues to give them business!

CVS this place is horrible customer service is horrible the way they treat you is horrible nothing is ever ready you always have to sit and wait or there's just a 10 mile line this place really needs shut down just straight horrible

I agree with the other reviewers who said closing for lunch is unacceptable for a pharmacy. Wait times can often be long and prescriptions are rarely ready when they say they're going to be. I know they're busy but there must be a better way.

Fiance calls in a script on Thursday before Xmas and we go to pick it up after Xmas and they tell her it can't be filled till Thursday or Friday. Even though their site said it would be ready on Xmas day. Well I won't be filling my scripts there anymore. I'll go to Walmart and wait 4 hrs before I go back to cvs

I hope you're not in a hurry when you go, at any point in the day!I've been there 4 times at various points in the day and ALL 4 times have taken either a half hour to an hour for ANYTHING. Getting a prescription today took half an hour! 25min of it was waiting for someone at the register. It was ridiculous!I hate to sound like a Karen as well, but their filing system for prescriptions seemed messy as well... Just not a good experience and I hate when I have to go to this one.

This pharmacy is the worst. They are rude all the way from the techs to the pharmacist. Trying to get my daughters prescription filled that the doctors office has already sent in. It was filled and picked up last month on October 21st. I have the text messages from the pharmacy. They are now saying can't fill until the 23rd. The math does not add up. 31 days in October 30 day prescription. Called the insurance company to find out the paid date and the pharmacist was rude to the insurance company on a recorded line. Something fishy going on in this pharmacy. Pulling all prescriptions and going somewhere else. Just don't be surprised if you are treated disrespectfully from here. They are the worst.

The pharmacists at CVS are going to, no doubt, cause the death of someone someday. Note to CVS pharmacists: People's health needs for medications are NOT centered to when you will have time to fulfill a prescription their doctor has called in to you. Hollering at the customer "we are three days behind" when the customer keeps asking for their prescription is ridiculous, rude and unprofessional. CVS chose to take Darlings Pharmacy customers accounts (a buy out of the accounts) years ago, most without the customer's knowledge; and unfortunately the CVS pharmacy in Warren is absolutely horrific in providing the customers with their needed medication prescriptions a timely manner.

Always helpful and courteous. Loreana (sp.) had an issue with my insurance and we got it figured out! If not there for a prescription, other staff are more than willing to help me find what I need. Also -- a mandatory lunch during which you close your pharmacy? Good. It sounds like you need that. Overall great people here who work hard.

The blond girl in the pharmacy was extremely rude to me, I asked about her bad attitude she said because I was not answering her questions. As a disabled vet that makes me mad to be disrespected like that. I'm looking for other options.
