Ran for 2 days for these people back and forth for paperwork. Put money down to spend my ONLY 2 days off at this place to walk away with no car. 2 days of bullshit. 2 days I had to cancel my young child's therapy appointments for being held up there. To never get a solid answer until day 2 after they made me run and run and keep giving more and more money. Than wanted to refuse me my money back!!! Horrible horrible service. I will never step foot anywhere near this place and I will always spread a negative word about this place and everyone!!! Not to mention when I took my proof of address is was a sealed piece of mail. As the man Art took it to the back. He opened my mail without my consent. Which is a federal offense I'm almost positive. My name and address where on the front for proof of address.

We continue to have issues with the UConnect system in out 2023 Promaster but are thankful there is a great service shop at Ed Shultz of Warren.
Then are always very accommodating and go to great lengths to try and solve this chronic issue.
They are very professional and attentive to your needs and schedules

Went there for oil and filter, tire rotation and walk around. Completed and washed the vehicle and we drove home. No need t be concerned about if they did everything correctly! Best spot in the area!

I could not be more pleased with the level of service on a recent experience at Ed Shultz. I was leaving Warren to head back to South Carolina and my Dodge Ram truck began to overheat near Youngsville. I was able to get my truck to the Shultz service department and they quickly worked me in and repaired my truck in a couple hours. A very positive experience from beginning to end. The service manager did and excellent job of keeping my informed throughout the process. Thanks to everyone!

Technician did a great job. Service managers would not take me as a walk in. When I talked to the technician later, he stated that the day I tried to do a walk in, he had not been given any work for 3 hours. From the time I tried to walk in to the time he left for the day. Technician excellent. Service mangers bad.
