I waited -4- hours and the truck never arrived. I found out afterwards the truck had mechanical issues. But i was never notified. This makes two times I drove to my camp to wait for the truck and it never came. I was told the first time was a scheduling issue. But again, I wasn't notified. I am very disappointed with Ferrell Gas at the moment. I would have posted zero stars but it wouldn't let me.

Terrible customer service . We have them for a or so. We were gonna be locked in at one price that wouldn't change. The price went up and actually we did not get the 2nd fill up at the same price. We decided to switch propane users and then found out that we were charged a delivery charge for the tank a rental charge for the tank a pickup charge for the tank it had 15% when we switched I was told that was too much h it to transport i said it has 20 when delivered. I asked to speak to a supervisor and none were available. I asked for a call back and no one called.

Always have had a good experience with deliveries. Drivers are always courteous and helpful when asked.
