Previous trips here, it barely cleans vehicles and the blower doesn’t work. This time, it went haywire when we were inside of it, the arm that is supposed to go around got dragged up across the back, over the roof and then down the windshield!

Broke the mirror on my truck. Was foolish enough to try again with our SUV; didn’t work at all that time. Called and called and called, no answer, no VM. Considering filing for property damage. Only car wash in town worth going to is the Kwik Fill in North Warren.

Paid for the auto car wash and it never sprayed soap! Just rinsed my car. I tried calling the number numerous times to let them know so it wasn’t happening to other people. Never got through to anyone !
