I've used this car wash for quite a while.... always easier to get through faster than the others in town. A couple weeks ago the car in front of me got washed fine and the machine ripped me off.... next in line. No answer from the business.... how am I supposed to get reimbursed?

Previous trips here, it barely cleans vehicles and the blower doesn’t work. This time, it went haywire when we were inside of it, the arm that is supposed to go around got dragged up across the back, over the roof and then down the windshield!

Broke the mirror on my truck. Was foolish enough to try again with our SUV; didn’t work at all that time. Called and called and called, no answer, no VM. Considering filing for property damage. Only car wash in town worth going to is the Kwik Fill in North Warren.
