“Store manager Josh Anderson shows extensive knowledge whether you have the latest verizon phone drop, or an old out of date model he always has an answer and a fix for any problem you may have. I remember trading in my old phone and having issues with the new one, and he spent 3 hours on hold with customer service just for the quick fix I could have done myself at home, but he took his time to make sure everything was set up and perfect before I even left the store. Does Verizon as a company have issues, yes. But not this store, compared to a few years ago this store is now functional at one of the highest levels I've ever saw in a verizon location. Would absolutely recommend.”
