Charged me $1100 for new rotors and brake pads. I looked up the exact parts they gave me online and the total for parts is around $300. It took an hour to do the job, so wondering where the $800 in extra charges came from?
I won't come back.

This is the worst place to get your oil changed! We were asked to buy our own oil filter!! They put the oil filter in incorrectly!! Our car leaked oil from the time we took it out of the shop until we finally got it changed from our mechanic. My son is a college student is and is only 19 years old and he is not mechanically inclined. I called several times spoke to the manager which he did absolutely nothing and then referred me to his supervisor. Which his supervisor did absolutely nothing. We are still waiting over a month for a refund which was never given and promised. Worst customer service ever, The manager claims he does not know how to do refunds and always forgets to call me back! Save yourself a lot of headaches and hassles and pull right back out of the parking lot and go to a reputable place to get your oil changed!!! This was the Warren, PA location. Good luck with Monro Customer service 1800 # they are just as bad. Nobody returns phone calls either. All around terrible company!!!

The guys down at Monroe are excellent! I stopped in there with tire issues and they were able to hook me up for a reasonable cost and were quick to get it done! Highly recommend them!!

They had to be reminded to rotate my tires. They did not return the tool ( goes in a small tool pouch stored in my spare tire area)required to unlock my tires when they were done. I did not know this until it was time to have them done again ( of course I took my vehicle elsewhere after the reminding to rotate tire situation) so I had to have my lock lugs broken off and replaced. Also my wiper fluid was never topped off so I ran out soon after my service of course when I needed it most.
