Had a friend go to your bank and deposit money for my daughter as her account accidentally was overdrawn. He asked for change for $50.00 the cashier refused to give it to him. He knew another cashier that worked there and she didn’t understand why either. (He had gone into the bank. He was mad as he had to go to another bank and expressed himself.) I didn’t know this had happened and called to see if they would forgive the fee as we hadn’t overdraft in years. The lady said I had to write a letter to the board to see if they would forgive the fee. Maybe we need to close this account as the only reason we use it is to pay my daughter’s insurance. I could understand if he wanted to cash a check, but he had cash.

Do NOT go through them, i had a credit card for $1,500 got laid off so I couldn’t pay for a while, anyways, paid them off IN FULL, almost $1,700, now, they’re sending me mail, 4 months later saying i owe them $1,100??? Even though we kept the Check Receipt and got a thing in the mail SHOWING i paid it off in full....do NOT get a card through them, you’ll end up regretting it, TRUST me! If i could out NEGATIVE stars i would! Yea, my rating is (— ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)

This was a nice friendly bank, in person the couple of ladies I interacted with were very friendly. I moved away, thinking I'd let my account grow or just use my card here and there to get the activity up. While keeping up with fees through mail to my new house, I got a statement saying I was then negative. The lady I called refused to help me out in any way even though my account has reached it's first overdraft fee. Very disappointing to see them so unwilling to help someone who doesn't live in the area to close ones account or give an forgiveness. I've been with Corry Federal for years. It's not because it's a credit Union. Just lack of willingness to help.
