This bank is the worst their is no body in charge the staff is racists especially the agents over the phone like JEN from the fraud department very rude don’t bank at any location they don’t follow regulations you file dispute you never get a determination letter they close your account and tell you they don’t need your business

After attempting to pay off a loan, and receiving no acknowledgement of the cleared payment, I received a statement (with minimal information and no details) requesting payment of additional funds due. When I called to inquire, I was told that it was interest (that did not appear on the previous statement). I disagreed, but didn't press the matter and I asked to confirm the payoff amount. I was told that it was more than double what was requested at the beginning of the conversation (now \\u003e$1000.00). I requested to speak to a supervisor. I asked that I be sent a statement detailing the interest charges and how they were applied, since the interest doubling in less than a month on a paid off balance was unreasonable. The supervisor continued to interrupt me as I was making the request. When I asked him to stop, he hung up on me.

TERRIBLE customer service! They quoted a payoff on my vehicle traded in and then raised the amount on the dealer. Decided to inform me when the balance was 45 days late and if I didn't pay today, she would "ensure my credit was ruined."

Daughter totaled her truck. Took 2 mths to settle anything. They got over 22,000 from insurance. They still called and harassed me saying I was late because I was a co signer. Gap then paid them 1,900 and they got 1,300 on the service agreement. Then they called and said I owed $260.00 still smh the worst

Northwest is a great bank. The tellers are almost always friendly. I recently went to the main branch in Warren and was happy to find out that the tellers there are friendly as well.

All they do is deflect responsibility and refuse to help with anything about stopping a reoccurring payment that they take out of my account lol like who else is supposed to stop it?! Brenda is also very rude as well when I’ve had to talk to her on multiple occasions. Once idc to much everyone has a bad day but multiple days you’re just unprofessional. Get y’all’s money and switch banks ASAP.

3 attempts to get information about a loan for a deceased relative. EVERY TIME I was treated with disrspect; impatience. Even after I paid the balance in full I still do not know if I am owed any reimbursement for interest, or if the amount I paid was strictly principle amount....nor will they confirm if or not the loan had a life insurance policy on it.I appreciate doing business with institutions that appreciate my business. NORTHWEST did NOT show any appreciation towards me nor my deceased.

I don't think Northwest Bank is ready for virtual banking since the Faiview bench has been closed twice this week due to computer issues. And the ATM was down at the same time. Not good when people need to get to their money.
