We used the Subway app to order our food, and when we arrived, the subs were being made. The two employees were so invested in making our subs the best possible. The subs were great; the restaurant was clean, and we will definitely return when we are in town!

I tried the chicken bacon ranch and had it toasted literally 4 times and the meat was still cold and cheese wasn’t melted. Happens every time I order a warm sub from them and then they get rude with you when you want it toasted more than one time. Subway needs to change the process for warming there subs ! I suggest sticking to only cold subs.

Ordered a sub from the app to pick up for lunch at noon. Got there and it was made 15 minutes before that and had gotten cold. Filed a complaint about it and was met with a condescending response from the owner.Tried again a few days ago. I made more order and had it set to be picked up asap. I get there and there's a line and mine isn't on the pickup trays. I sit and wait and see that they're consistently working on the orders of everyone in line. When I asked about if they were doing online orders, he said he didn't have mine, then went back to helping the people in line and ignoring me AS I WAS SPEAKING TO HIM. While I had been waiting, 20+ minutes had passed since I placed my order, and people that walked in after me had gone through the line and left with their orders, while mine hadn't been started yet.When I emailed the owner before and said they were short-staffed, he vehemently insisted they are "NOT understaffed and the online orders are handled in the order they are received." The two employees that were there would probably disagree.The sign they have up saying to order in the app to skip the line clearly doesn't actually hold any weight.

Where to begin. Well for starters this will be time number 5 that I've placed an order for my lunch break. Walk in and still have to wait over 25 mins for my order. What's the point of setting a time in the app if you can't even follow it. Give them an hour to have it ready by a set time and shocker not ready. 3 of the 5 the times they are out of the bread you ordered or no spinach, tomatoes, pickles, onion, banana peppers and so on. No phone call just wait for that person to show up to ask hey do you want another kind of bread just go ahead and sit for 30 mins while i take care of customers who walked in after you. This has got to be the worst subway I've ever set foot in and this will be the last time I set foot in a food chain that not only messes up the times for the orders but I think 1 out of every 10 times I may have actually gotten the correct sub. Always messed up and sloppy as all get out. If I could give a negative star to this location I would. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Food was great, but a little pricey spending 14.90 on a 6in sub a small fountain drink and 6 cookies. The service was smooth and fast, and the cookies are the best soft and delicious.

Stopped in at 8:56pm, and with the open sign ON, door open, and all ingredients still out for use. We were told that they were closing "soon" so they couldn't serve us.I've had enough of this place anyways. The doors are constantly open on the food coolers and flies everywhere.Any other sub shop, it is.

I recently worked here now just so everyone knows that the same people own both of the subways here in Warren. They own 3 more as well in Bradford and Kane. This was the absolute worst place I have ever worked! I have never worked somewhere that when someone pulls a no call no show that absolutely nothing is done about it!! If you're a hard worker and take your job seriously don't even apply. The Walmart one is just a complete disaster I mean it's gross the employees don't clean anything the way it's supposed done. The so called Manager at the Walmart one has stolen from customers before and was caught but she still has a job there ??! I think that's just insane!! The owners just don't care what goes on as long as they get there money.

Ordered through their app while having covid. Door dash didn't deliver it and instead dropped off an order from little Caesars. I called subway and they refused to help or refund called door dash and they couldn't help at all because they didn't have the receipt or payment info because it was on subways app.TERRIBLE manager that I and a door dash rep spoke with, everyone refused to help me and I paid over 40$ for food I never got. They then threatened if I marked the payment as fraud on my bank that they would dispute it and cause problems between my bank and I.I gave this place another chance after repeatedly watching their employees be unhygienic, (not wear hair nets or gloves and wiping their hands all over their faces and through hair) rude, and lazy inside of the store. Thought I'd try and make myself feel a little better during covid with some subway and cookies but NOPE! Will never go here again. Disgusting.
