The slowest people on the planet work there. It literally takes about hour to buy stamps. There's four or five people just standing there acting dumbfounded. Very poorly managed post office. You should be ashamed.

The black hole. I have to packages that were received at this office and they disappeared. I have had packages delivered days later they were received days before by this office. Then I go to ship something and the line is a mile long, I then see that there are 3 or4 people in the back lounging around, doing nothing, eating and talking in the back while I waited for an hour.

So here is a million-dollar question for you all, How do you not have access to an open roundabout, no snow, and no lock apartment complex? Yeah if I could give no stars I would because this is a recurring problem and I am literally afraid to order ANYTHING online without being able to chose who will deliver it.

Though I've always received 5 star service from both carriers & postal workers at the post office, I'm very disappointed in the Post Master or whoever answers the phone. I did run day late in my payment to keep my box open but you should include the 1st not the end of the month. But that's not my complaint. My complaint is whoever answered the phone openly gave out my home address which I gave no permission to do. I can understand returning mail return to sender left no address which was the case but to accept a false sob story to give out my address vs calling me first to get my permission is unacceptable. I paid my box in full & was not even given a paper notice saying we gave out your home address to ... etc.Folks, don't run late on your p o box payments they won't hold it they will send it back to sender but will openly give out where you live as long as someone claims to be family.

When I attach out going mail to my mailbox, it should be picked up, whether I get mail that day, or not. Seems to me, those 4 stairs they have to walk up is too much for them to handle. I read one review that used the word "lazy". I second that. I have a message for my carrier....you wanted the job...so DO IT!!!
