This has got to be the cleanest, friendliest walmart I have ever been in! I go to Walmart everywhere I travel to in the US. That's a lot of stores!

Staff typically unhelpful and their customer service center is unpleasant at best. Tried returning an unopened shampooer and was treated as such an inconvenience.

I hate shopping here, many of the food items have gone up a lot. But it is convenient if I need more than food.
The greeters are usually friendly.

Employees are rude and don't want to help you. The main concern is getting the consumer out the door so that they can stock the shelves or go home. The self checkout girl is mean and always leaves early. This leaves one checkout lane open from about 1040pm to 11 pm, which usually means a good little wait in line. Now, the only one getting out on time is the woman in charge of the self checkout area. The person in sporting goods just walked away when I asked for help, as did the employee I asked to help me with paint. Electronic employees are usually helpful. The outdoor/seasonal/plant dept is normally deserted, as is the meat dept. And the meat is way over priced at Walmart! I have been doing a lot more shopping at Tops! Sorry Walmart but you could do better! However, I must say The Warren Walmart is a lot cleaner than the Walmart in Lakewood. But, the Lakewood, sometimes, has a larger selection and/or variety of items.
The Warren Walmart has quite a few empty shelves. The prices keep going up along with everyone else's.
They did have a different employee handling the self checkout area and he did not shut it down until 11 p.m. The other employee that used to run that area would close it all down at 1030p.m, which left one cashier for the last 1)2 hour. There are more last minute shoppers than you think. We run to the checkout at 1058 and the lonely cashier used to get stuck with all of us . It seems as though things may be running smoother now, at closing time.
