We are your virtual specialty pharmacy. Order prescriptions online and have them delivered. Our specialty trained nurses, pharmacists, and clinicians work together to help patients manage their rare or complex health conditions. Onsite and In-home infusion services. Accredo provides onsite infusion services and personal care in our in-house infusion suite. Clinical counseling and support. Our pharmacists and registered nurses educate patients on how to use, store, and administer their medication. Patients can reach a pharmacist or nurse 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We also help patients manage medication side effects and set reasonable expectations for their therapy.

Just awful. I have spent dozens of hours on the phone with them trying to straighten out their mistake and it's still not resolves. Meanwhile, I don't have my medicine while their 'expedited' process drags on

They need to be investigated. I am currently seeking legal counsel and strongly advise others to follow suit.

By far the worst company I have ever worked with. The systems they have in place are terrible. They hardly ever get an order correct the first time. They hang up on me constantly. If you have a choice - don't choose them.
