Have been waiting for over a week to get my prescription looked at by the pharmacist. Followed up 4x with the company. Their customer service could not provide an update on why it was delayed - they had no idea My doctor had to fax over my prescription multiple times. This company is a joke.

Absolutely zero stars. Terrible customer care. If you have any other options go with them. Horrible systems that don't work. Everytime I interact with them we have issues and it's for really simple issues. My blood is boiling with frustration.

Garbage company that delays my life saving medication and then doesn't even notify me. I have to call their support every 3 months to get my refills because their system is so broken. Order prescriptions online and have them delivered. Our specialty trained nurses, pharmacists, and clinicians work together to help patients manage their rare or complex health conditions.
Onsite and In-home infusion services.
Accredo provides onsite infusion services and personal care in our in-house infusion suite.
Clinical counseling and support.
Our pharmacists and registered nurses educate patients on how to use, store, and administer their medication. Patients can reach a pharmacist or nurse 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We also help patients manage medication side effects and set reasonable expectations for their therapy.
