Used to love Arby’s, but it has been a few years since last visited. Restaurant visited in Cranberry Township was empty, servers looked at us but did not great us. Overall dining area and bathroom were not very clean. Sandwich tasted ok with first bite but then hard to finish. It did not taste like I remembered them, and felt regret and stomach ache 30 minutes after eating Arby’s beef and cheese and fries.

Ordered 8 roast beefs and 2 bacon brisket beef and cheddars at the drive-thru. Got home and, of course, found out they had short changed me on the two $8 sandwiches. Don't think I'll be going back anytime soon...expensive mistake!---update 1/23: I submitted the survey and asked that someone reach out to me but haven't heard anything 4 days later. Is there a way to ensure that someone contacts me? Otherwise, I plan to file a CC charge-back later this week. Thanks

Went through the drive thru. Saw the ad on the side of the menu for the bacon burger. Tried to order but was told “We don’t have burgers.” like I didn’t know I was at an Arby’s. So I just took my business elsewhere.

This time was a little bit of a disappointment. It seems that the chain is starting to slim down the amount of protein product on the regular sandwiches, and completely cut out the sautéed veggies. The French Dip & Swiss is no longer the amazing sandwich that it used to be. Pity. Once was a favorite of mine, but sadly it is no longer on my list.

A great burger alternative. Fast and friendly service. Monthly coupons in the mail flyers. My personal favorites are the Reuben, beef and cheddar, Greek gyro, crinkle fries and Classic chicken sandwiches, and Jaimocha shake.

I had to repeat myself 4 times to say i had a coupon. When i got to the window i handed the lady my coupon and she just threw it away didnt use my coupon and then didnt give me a receipt. Whens the last time you didnt get a receipt at a fast food place? Never? Same! Hmmm sounds kinda shady right? So when i got my receipt after asking for it no savings were applied. Had to park and go inside to get my refund. Never coming back again. Fries were cold

Good food, just as good as it was when I was growing up. The man at the cash register was the only person taking orders and he was also putting food together, getting drinks and doing other things by himself at the counter and still had a good attitude when serving the customers. He was definitely doing the job of 2-3 people. This resulted in a bit of a wait which took off a star. Not sure if the rest of the employees there were lacking in ability or if they were just short staffed.

They acted like you should consider yourself lucky they waited on you and messed up your whole order then the manager gives you attitude when you tell them it's wrong.

Got quick lunch with the family. I got a beef and cheddar meal but they gave me just a regular roast beef. No problem getting the right sandwich. Very good sandwich and curly fries. My folks enjoyed their regular roast beef sandwiches. Very friendly staff. Clean restaurant. Good, quick service for how busy they were.
