Highly recommend bringing your Dyson here for any tune ups, check ups or repairs! I showed up unannounced with no appointment expecting to drop off and wait days to get it back. Eli the service tech working got my vacuums issues all squared away and back to me in less than 20 minutes. I will definitely be back the next time my Dyson needs fixing.

I didn't have any appointment, but the staff only took ten minutes to replace my hair dryer because it was unable to be fixed. The service was very friendly and efficient, and the 4.9 rating is absolutely true.

Fantastic customer service, fast and efficient communication. I didn't want to hear that my hairdryer had to be replaced but James was wonderful in walking me through the process of replacing it and hurried to get it shipped out to me, all the while understanding the importance of getting me the tool I needed to work in a timely manner.
