The employee,Amanda, is great. I drove from new york to pa to put items in storage due to a move. She was great, sent me directions and stayed until I arrived. Amanda is knowledgeable and friendly. I took a second load, and she was just as gracious then just like the first visit. The storage lockers are clean with plenty of light. Would recommend Guardian Storage in Warrendale,pa, for any reason you need to store item

I have been working with Guardian Storage at the cranberry location for 3 months. They have been exceptional from the start so I decided to use them to store both my personal home furniture and business equipment as well. The facility is modern and clean. But most importantly the individuals who work at this facility and are in charge of the day to day are kind and professional. They go out of their way to listen and accomodate their customers as I’m sure they know most are going through some kind of stress. As someone who is a business owner I know hard this to do on a day to day basis. But they do it.
The location is also very convenient and right off the highway. So happy to have chosen this location and team!

Over the phone the staff is very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. But meeting a couple of the staff in person was an even better experience. I had my unit over a month before I actually went in the office. I went in yesterday, on March 11, 2024. On that day, I met A FRIEND in Amanda. Her spirit and kindness are a light in the world. I also met a nice man named Chuck who Amanda credits for keeping the place sparkling clean and tidy, which it was BTW. My overall experience up to today is top tier! It was VERY easy and convenient to secure my unit online, my unit is perfect and spotless clean as is the office, and once again, my phone experiences with Jason, and 2 other ladies (I Apologize for forgetting their names) and meeting Amanda and Chuck could not have been better! THANK YOU AND BLESSINGS TO YOU ALL

Deb was great to work with. She was very quick and helpful in accommodating us and our logistics. The storage unit was great, it held everything we needed for a long distance move. Location was perfect for us. Unit was clean, well lit and easy to access. Great experience.

I used this place for four months and I never had any issues getting in or with security. The people at the front are really nice and super helpful in finding a unit that works for you. Would definitely come again if I need to store things!
