I recently starting utilizing Owl Cleaners in Warrendale. I am very impressed with the various services they provide. I have taken in numerous items, and in two of three instances, I have received same day service. That is EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. I called one morning and asked if I could have 8 to 10 items pressed, not cleaned...just pressed. An OWL Cleaners representative said if I brought the items in within the hour, they could press everything and the order would be done before the end of the day! I don't know any company, these days, that provide this type of EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. Thank you Owl Cleaners for putting forth every effort possible to provide your customers the best service each and every time. I have met most of the staff in the few times I have been there. Mike at the counter, wonderful guy. Joe Sr. and Joe Jr. go out of there way to assist. I even had an appointment with their seamstress, Sandy. Wow, Sandy is very good and knows exactly how to alter each item of clothing to optimize the fit! Try Owl Cleaners and you'll be a very happy customer just as I am.

Ridiculously expensive for 3 small leather garments. I was quoted a lower amount, called by another representative to say it would most likely be higher than I was quoted but lead me to believe it wouldn’t be unreasonable. In the end, the price was unreasonable. Done with Owl Cleaners.

I took a linen jacket to the Giant Eagle dry cleaners. They did not get the "ring around the collar" out and did not press the jacket as all other cleaners that I've used have done. We took the jacket to Owl Cleaners and it looks brand new - clean and pressed!! Thank you.

Their constant care and eye to detail prove they provide exceptional cleaning service from my Eileen Fisher tops, bedding comforters and even to my area rugs.
