I have had my car repaired here several times — they always do excellent work at a fair price! I have gone to another car repair shop that was bigger (and a “Select” shop by State Farm) — they did an ok job, but clearly rushed/several problems not fixed well, including one that had to be fixed by the dealership later. But Precision never had any problems like that — definitely go to these guys!

Jim and Jay are great! My car was fixed in a timely manner. Detail to attention was also shown when working on my car. Any questions that I had the guys were happy to answer. Overall great experience- 5 stars!! Highly recommend!

The one employee there was talking to someone for 10 mins while I was standing there and didn’t even acknowledge me. He had a condescending tone once I started talking to him. I then showed him pictures of my car to try to get an opinion. He scrolled through 3 photos and said he can’t help. I told him he didn’t go through all the photos and he stood there and repeated himself. Very rude and unenjoyable.

Jim at Precision Auto Works has helped me with two small auto body repairs. He was very nice to deal with and took care of my car damage using the most cost effective procedure. I really appreciate him and will refer all my friends and relatives to Precision.

Hands down to the best car repair service I have ever had. They did an amazing job and I am extremely grateful. I was having a very bad experience with another auto repair shop where after six months still couldn’t fix my Mercedes. It only took Precision Auto Works shop about an hour to get the job done! Excellent customer service, friendly staff and extremely professional. I definitely recommend this place and there is no other auto repair shop I will use in the future.
