Just so people realize there are 2 USPS warehouses in Warrendale so you may have the wrong one or may see it pass between the 2. Unless its damaged or has some other issue it passes through within 12hrs. The only exception is Sundays and holidays if there is not an issue with the package. If the address is only hand written the machines may not read ur address and route it incorrectly. Also if the package cant be or doesn't get scanned right it may look like its sitting but it may already be out of the warehouse.

guyss despite all the negative comments, this UPS worked really fast for my package. I’m very grateful the reason that your package has taken quite an amount of time. It’s probably because some UPS Don’t work on the weekends.

Our mailing envelope got to Warrendale site on 7/10 and is still sitting there today 7/16. Sure wish some private company would take over the USPS.

Unfortunately, I’m one of the countless individuals whose package (s) landed at this center that’s sometimes referred to as a “black hole.” Much to my chagrin, my package was routed here days ago, and I have not received updates since then. How many poor reviews will this USPS center receive before even a fraction of improvements are made?

Awful facility. I have no idea what goes on over there, but it’s nothing productive or useful. This is where packages come to die, to get lost in the void.
I send and receive packages weekly, all over the country. I also have the displeasure of ALL my packages going through Warrendale, and every time there’s a delay or issue you can bet with confidence it’s Warrendale.
Must be something in the water, eh?

This post office is 3 hrs away and takes 3 to 5 days to get to me. Anything I receive from a different direction gets here the next day!

When I first got the news that my package had been transferred here I was initially worried but I guess I was one of the lucky ones since the process was speedy and my package has arrived today. Wishing luck to everyone else!

I was just looking up Warrendale's Usps number and I see all these one star reviews about the same problem. I sent my son in Johnstown, PA a small bubble envelope package over a month ago in May and it keeps getting routed all over the US, TX several times, and latest to OK!! It's back in Warrendale so I thought I'd try to call when they open today, but maybe I need to call someone higher up if that's possible since people say they got to lied to several times . I can't really put in a claim since it's a low value item and I don't have a receipt since it was a used item I had and my son wanted it I didn't send it priority mail. I think If you don't , the USPS doesn't think they have to deliver? Trump needs to shake up the USPS like he has mentioned before cos even locally for more than several years mail gets screwed up constantly and people are complaining. I don't dare have meds. delivered . Postal salaries are decent so I don't get it...how hard is it to look at a piece of mail and get it to the right destination and if something is being routed all over, can someone not step up and do something besides just route it to another processing center out of state or do they think they are union they don't have to work? Unbelievable!!
UPDATE July 2...over a month since I mailed May 17..the package finally arrived at Johnstown po Jun.28 and I thought my son would finally get it...Nope! Sat there until July 1 and they sent it back to Warrendale PA!! Why don't they just send it back to me if there is a problem smh I tried to call without success...I filled out an online missing mail form and it just replies telling me where the package is lol
