This is a follow-up to my message below from 2 weeks ago. I never received any contact from this store's manager about the theft of my Amazon return, which was made to their return center. I cannot believe this Amazon store, who was notified, is allowing their employees to steal customers' returns, and the store manager is doing absolutely nothing about it! I guess working in this store's Amazon return center is a great and easy way to get items for free!
Do Not Trust this Store’s Amazon return center!
This Amazon Fresh store at 389 Easton Rd., Warrington, in the Creekview Center, may have a big issue with their employees. It is impossible to get in touch with the store specifically, but to be nice, and let them know what is going on there. I live about 1/2 hour away, and was just visiting there on 12/13/25. I returned two (2) Amazon purchases to their return center, at about 2:30 p.m., and one (1) of the items was never put into return for my refund. According to a Customer Service Rep from the call center that I spoke to that night, the one (1) item, a pair of ladies' boots, was cancelled for the return. I did not cancel my return, but apparently, the employee at their return counter did! Where is this return now?? It was in its original box as they tell you to do when returning, so there was no doubt what was in that box. It is now 12/14/25, and still, there is no confirmation of the return of this item from this store. This is totally unacceptable, and hopefully, someone in this Amazon Fresh store will do something about a possible theft in the Amazon return center.

This store has really great prices, although a lot of the items change prices weekly. I still manage to spend a good deal less than I would for comparable items at Giant. The associates are friendly and helpful, especially cashier Lee. My only complaint about this store is that a lot of items are expired, so you have to check expiration dates carefully. The store is never too crowded, which is huge plus for me. I think that’s because a lot of people do delivery or pickup there.

Yea okay I went with my son's mom Kathleen and she had ordered a lot of food. As soon as we pulled up and she put the space number in the app they were at my window with a huge cart and loaded it all in my truck. I tried to tip them but they wouldn't take it. Anyways yea it seems really cool plus Amazon essentials stuff is quality for less then the knockoff(GV) other store junk.

Recently, when at Amazon Fresh, I was overcharged by $650, a price sticker on a pack of chicken scanned incorrectly. I waited over an hour in the store, as the manager tried to refund me. He was unable to give me my money back. I spoke to 3 different managers and none of them were able to give me my money back. I had to file a dispute with my credit card which is how I was able to get my money back. All the managers were nice to my face but ultimately none of them were able to help me. After I left the store that day, the communication was extremely poor. I was given the store manager number and I tried calling/texting several times to get this issue resolved and most of the time no one answered or got back to me. The store is fine to shop in but if ever a problem arises, then no one will help you fix it. Amazon Fresh has still not fixed the problem that was their fault and I had to resort to my credit card company fixing it. Will not be back, do not recommend.

Needed assistance with checking out and no one helped me finish the transaction. I stood there for nearly a half an hour, then spent another thirty minutes on the phone trying to resolve the issue with no resolution. I won't get my hour back, and I won't be back.

A great place to shop but watch for dates on expired products and twice this week on Monday and Tuesday the hot food bar was not ready by 11am I was told it was because of staffing issues but I went in on my lunch break and didn't have many options so settled for thier excellent sald bar

Never seem to have got food out on time. Then had an employee ask for me and management couldn’t give it a reason. Probably won’t be back
Edit. Went again are you lazy or just don’t like doing your job? Once again only parts of the hot food was out. Stir fry and wedges. One said 11:15 other said 11:30. If so have it posted. This is ridiculous 15 mins wasted waiting. Hope yall do better but who am I kidding. When in at 1104 am waited then asked was told the don’t put out till 1130 but other times it was out. Asked for a manager was told to ask someone else. Terrible customer service
