Do NOT use this store. Customer service is non existence and they screw you for sake of commission. Took me 6 months to get my never activated DTV money back. Used to have good staff. Will NEVER go to that store again. When I went out of my way 4 days later to return ( as I was told to do if I didn't want) I waited 10 minutes then banged on employees door to get an employee. Arianna took box back, wrote it on paper. Never scanned. DTV said I did not return it. I am retail mgmt. She is so unacceptable for company manager and committing fraud for her own benefitsSo here I am a month after I finally got my refunds. Thought it was finally straightened out. DIRECTV now tells me since I signed 24 month and canceled it, I will still be charged. And SINCE I DID NOT RETURN EQUIPMENT, I WILL BE CHARGED FOR THAT. EMPLOYEE THEFT!!! My next contact is my attorney!

Do not trust what they tell you and read everything you sign or initial. We upgraded 5 phones, told nothing is changing, all the plans will be the same. 1st bill comes and she changed our plan and 2 add ons were suddenly on the bill. I went into the store and the manager insisted I must have agreed to the changes. The person that originally helped me was off and I could come in the next day to take care of it. Liars who want extra commissions work in this location.

Ariana was extremely helpful with my families upgrades and purchases, helped all the way through with the data transfer and any questions we had. Also was very knowledgeable about specific deals on items and warranty info which made making accessory choices easy

Jay from Langhorne store covering this Warrington location on a busy Sunday. I walked in to get my recently transferred phone fixed. He had two people waiting while finishing up on another customer. Four more customers came in. Got me in and out while helping two other people at the same time. Jay stayed calm and professional in a stressful situation when he was the only one working. Thank you Jay. Hope you get a raise, promotion or at least some recognition for your hard work, efficient customer service and professionalism.

The worst customer service at Warrington location, I've ever had. Don't wast your time. If I could give negative stars I would I’ve been with At&t for decades but the customer service in this store is appalling. Fortunately, At&T customer support center fixed things and retained me as a longtime customer.

Another really awesome experience at this ATT authorized seller location. I'm going to note before I even start the review for people reading, THIS LOCATION IS NOT A COPORATE STORE! They are very limited on the type of things they can do for account updates, software and hardware issues etc. If you need actual att, you need to go to willow grove mall, or the store in Montgomery by Buckman ski. I say this first because during my encounter not less than 4 people walked in for issues this store could not resolve .That being said...We had a great experience at the store last week. Kevin was the only employee at the time and did an incredible job juggling multiple people who walked in and helping us until his coworker arrived. We came in to trade a decade old phone for the Samsung deal, and port my husband over from another company. It was a huge PITA (because of the other company) and despite how long it was taking, Kevin was super nice and accommodating. Not once did he make us feel like we were an annoyance. And honestly, I probably would have been frustrated after awhile.I've said it before, it really is a pleasure going to this location for any upgrade and sales needs. They are all so very nice, professional and pleasant.
