I previously owned an Audi A4 purchased from Audi Warrington 10-years ago. Sloane took over shortly afterwards & that’s when my issues w/ customer service started. I had poor service on the vehicle- everything from getting appointments to going above & beyond (i.e. charging for very minor buffing requests). I disliked my experience so much that I drove to Conshy to buy my Porsche even though Sloane is less than a mile from my house.I was unfortunately in a position where I needed to buy a car quickly so went back to Sloane for convenience. 10-years later, same terrible service. I just bought an 2024 Q5 less than a month ago & totally hate it. The vehicle is a terrible drive. Pick-up is horrible (especially on any incline), deceleration is long, technology is glitchy, look is clumsy, & there are some inexplicably idiot features added in the name of safety (manual parking brake release). I am sure the GM will post here to call him although I’ve sent emails, called, & actually came in person several times only to be told (when I went in as a blowoff) that they can trade me in for a 5-figure loss. Customer service at its worst. Buyer beware of Audi & this particular location. Audi’s recent focus on efficiency have severely hindered performance although it maintains its hefty price tag. This particular location is awful as well. No improvement in customer service in almost a decade. Once they get the sale, they’re impossible to get a hold of to rectify issues. A sincerely disgusted customer.

This 5-star is for Peter. He is friendly and knowledgeable, and will give you decent price. It is a great pleasure buying a car with him.In addition, I would give less than 3-star for the gentleman sitting in the room signing the contract with me. He does not have too much patience, and not careful enough for the money numbers. I almost decided not to buy the car when I was in that room.

Dave was a wonderful sales person to deal with. He was very professional and sat in the car to explain the technology (which had really changed from our 2018 Audi SUV). All our questions were answered. We didn’t feel rushed and were very pleased with our experience. We highly recommend him.

"I must say, my recent experience with Audi service was nothing short of disappointing. From unresponsive staff to a seemingly indifferent attitude toward customer concerns, it's evident that the service quality does not align with the premium image Audi promotes. The lack of attention to detail and the extended delays in resolving issues have left me questioning the brand's commitment to customer satisfaction. This encounter has undoubtedly cast a shadow on my perception of Audi's service standards." This place charged me 222$ for doing nothing

Our experience in December 2023 with Audi Warrington was absolutely amazing! This was our 4th car lease (1 with Acura and 3 with Audi), and this was far superior to our prior lease experiences at other dealerships.Our salesperson Conor went above and beyond. He always responded quickly to our texts and emails and provided very complete and detailed information for every question or request, but was never pushy. Once we took delivery, he spent time to thoroughly show us all the car's many features and was extremely patient as we took it all in!Conor was very professional, and had amazing follow up, including calling the next day to ask if we had any questions about the car and said we could contact him at any time if questions arose. The sales manager Steve Geissler was also extremely helpful. While we haven't yet used their service department, they appear to be very well regarded. I highly recommend this dealership!
