I'm a regular customer at BBW but this was my first time visiting this branch. Extremely disappointed with the rude behavior of their staff! We went there near their closing time but they just didn't feel like helping us out with anything. I had trouble loading a coupon and she didn't even try to hear me out. Instead, she kept on insisting to call customer service to resolve. I resolved it myself somehow and went to the cash counter. Even then she refused to apply the coupons and still kept telling me to contact customer service.Will never visit this store again and would advise everyone else to avoid them as well.

Love the store and the girls are nice, but this was annoying. Ordered a bunch of stuff online for store pick up. Picked up order in two heavy bags, and the store was packed with holiday shoppers so nowhere to start unpacking to make sure everything was included. Trusted they did it right. Sure enough, the “value” item discounted to $35 (as a bonus for spending a bunch of money) wasn’t included. I called and the girl was very apologetic, said they didn’t have any left so she could only give me a refund. But they charged me for it?! Won’t ever order online for store pick up again, that seemed like a scam.

Every store is the same, overloaded with products overpacked on shelves, crowded and a thousand employees to help so giving credit for the norm would be expected however on this particular experience I have to give a 1 star- the only employees that were really polite were the door greeters. This woman wanted to check a drawer where my kid was checking out plug ins to get and it wasn't until we made eye contact that she finally said can I get in there please. Not once before that did she address my kid saying excuse me or anything. She was literally walking closer and closer almost to silently force them to feel crowded and move. Then at check out they had these tiny holiday paper bags and shoved the plug ins and scent bottles in. When I asked for a second bag she said no. I was caught off guard and asked again and was told they could only give one bag per customer and if I wanted a second bag I had to grab these plastic ones that look like the bags you fill candy with and bag it myself. If my kids weren't going to be upset that after we spent the money we did and stood in line for ever after they picked their stuff out, I would have told her to unbag and return everything.

I like this Store alot! So much better then going to the Mall and No one asks Me "Can I Help you find anything?" 20 times. When I needed Help, I asked and got it. All the Employees were very Nice and Polite.

normally pretty good, but the hours say closes at 7 and i showed up right at 6:05 and there were workers inside, i went to open the door and it was locked. so i tapped on the door and tried to let them know that the hours on the website were incorrect so it didn’t happen to anyone else. instead of them saying anything or even offering up a smile, one of the workers laughed and pointed and said ugh we’re clearly closed to the other worker. a different worker inside said “ what do they want” and a worker replied “no idea and continued to laugh” so i just walked away humiliated. i think these workers need to know that the glass is not sound proof and not to make potential customers cry just from showing up at a store they drive 25 mins to 55 minutes before it was said to close.

Here is just some of my Bath&Body works collection of products. I love their body cream the best. I use it everyday and it keeps my skin soft and smelling great. I even tried one of the mens Fragrance called Stone and I absolutely love the way that one smells on me. Sometimes I like more of a masculine smell. If you do too that’s the one to go with or get it for your significant other. I plan on going back to get their new spring line. HopeYou enjoy their products as much as I do!!
