This Chipotle location is NOT like it used to be. Food often Not Ready. Dining room is Not kept Clean. You keep opening more Chipotle shops but are NOT keeping current ones in good shape. Please Advise.

I was in college at the height of chipotle's excellence. This is the complete opposite of the chipotle I used to know and love. I ordered my usual steak burrito. The steak was WELL DONE. It was overcooked and dry as could be fine. The rice was minimal, 3 tablespoons of rice and one scoop of overcooked steak. The pinto beans were mashed to oblivion and they did not have my usual black beans. The woman making my burrito seemed bothered at my existence. Even more bothered when I asked for more meat and rice. $15 for an ice cold burrito. what happened to you, chipotle? I went from eating it several times a week to throwing out half of my cold burrito. Shame on you chipotle.

Everytime I go to the valley square chipotle the workers are rude and they never have all of the food cooked you either have to wait for it to be cooked or they tell you they aren’t making it for alittle while. I will never go back plus moes is right across the street I suggest everyone goes there instead. That chipotle has gone down hill bad because of the workers.

One sad employee no smiles acts like he is doing me a favor by making my burrito. Tortilla was cold and other ingredients too and was too soggy. Will def not be coming back This is NOT food

This place needs to be disciplined by corporate and shut down for good…Serving cold food and chips that are stale with employees who are rude and don’t want to do anything except collect a paycheck.

This is the worst chipotle location I've ever been to. My order is almost always wrong and they do not complete the online orders until the customer has been standing there for well over 20 minutes after their order was supposed to be done. Managers are always clueless. I'd rather travel a little further from me and know that I will not have the wrong order or have to wait an insane amount of time for my order.

Bags were not sealed shut, delivery was missing multiple items and we were unable to contact a human via the store telephone number, and this is definitely not romaine lettuce

Can not get an order right. We ordered 2 cheese quesadilla with rice. We received chicken and cheese quesadillas. The guacamole and chips order was not in the delivery. Pls the guacamole has no flavor. Put some salt or seasoning for gods sake. We won't be ordering from here again. We decided to try after not going here for a number of years because of the salmonella scare. Well, you can keep you salmonella, we'll go elsewhere

This location is not good at all. Their prices have gone up and their portions are small. I remember going to chipotle and being amazed at their large portions but now it is small. The chicken was burnt and their chips were stale and soggy. I won’t come to this chipotle or probably any chipotle ever again. Disappointed. Save yourself some time and do not come to this one.

This is my second visit to this store and both times have been very unpleasant. Both occasions were ordered with Uber Eats Pickup. For my first order, the food was practically served cold and the directions were not followed at all. If you purposefully exclude beans, they will just choose for you. My second order (which was a reluctant decision after my first experience) went even worse. I was waiting for my food for an hour, and ended up canceling and requested a refund. What was most appalling about the entire experience was that the manager was not communicating with the staff in any helpful manner as the store got busier. She simply stayed quiet, cutting chicken while all the poor workers in the front were scrambling to get other orders in (before even finishing the orders they started). During my prolonged wait, I saw the front workers throw out at least 3 orders because they "messed up". The staff leadership in this store is nonexistent, and I felt genuinely disappointed that such a terribly managed chain restaurant exists in a such a distinguished shopping plaza. That being said, I will not return to this Chipotle and I advise others to be cautious when ordering from here. Hopefully the new Chipotle down the road next to Target will open soon and put this location out of business.

This location is now open for in person ordering, not sure when that started, but for a while they only did online ordering. The store is totally disorganized or they don't have enough employees to keep up with the volume, or both, as well as other issues that were not obvious. There was a female employee who was putting guacamole and other sauces in to go cups, and if she moved any slower, she'd be going backwards. Another employee was not changing gloves between tasks so a customer called her out on it. The employee then went to the sink, washed her hands, and put on new gloves. I saw no manager helping out. I ordered a single cheese quesadilla online on Thursday night at 6:08 and the app said it would be ready by 6:20. I went and waited. At 6:25 I inquired and an employee said they were making mine next. A few other people were waiting for orders too. There were not that many customers in the store waiting to order in person. I waited and waited and waited. After asking a few more times, she kept telling me it was coming. What a joke. Finally at 6:37, I walked out with my single cheese quesadilla. It took 29 minutes! That's a ridiculous amount of time to take to make that order. If you're ordering online, assume it will take at least a half hour no matter what the app tells you. A better idea would be to not come to this location at all, or if you do, just order a burrito bowl or another quick meal that they put together from the line. I won't be returning.

terrible and i used to work here. ordered for 8pm wasn't ready until AFTER 8:45pm. they're only doing online orders right now so it makes no sense why it takes that long to fulfill when all you're taking is online orders. severely understaffed horrible experiences every time do not waste ur time

This isn't the first bad experience with this location, but it will be the last. Completely forgot lettuce and guac in a burrito bowl. Just sick of the constant mistakes or long waits basically every time.

This is by far the worst Chipotle that I have ever been to. Short staffed, dirty, with poor customer service. Seems like it's been this way for a while according to other yelp reviews. Such a shame that the owner does not look into this and try to improve the situation. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered food through their app. Waited an additional 40 minutes. Until I said I'm done I want to cancel. And I never received my refund. Their prices have gone way up. And their portions have gone down. They are understaffed. Horrible location. I will never come back to this location. Waste of my time. And stole 15$ from me.
