This firm runs up the bill on assisted living residents who are REQUIRED to get their meds through this company. If you don't use this contracted 3rd party pharmacy and provide your own meds, they punish you with an exorbitant monthly fee. I don't even think this is legal! Ridiculous. Polaris though Contract Pharmacy is the worst ever. To boot, they make frequent mistakes, running out of meds, charging for meds not delivered, etc. It would be significantly cheaper to get meds through other pharmacies.

This Pharmacy is not open for public. Only supplies medicine to other facilities. It's name is misleading.

Ever since this company has replace his previous employees and has been took it over by new management, there has been a lot of mess ups, mix ups, and just plain negligence. I sure hope you guys get better and train your employees extensively when it comes to processing orders with accurate information and also learn how to take accountability and responsibility for when there is a mistake not by trying to cover it up and indirectly pointing the finger.
