Scott is an amazing jeweler who listened to all of my style preferences and designed beautiful pieces of jewelry for me. He consulted in our home, communicated regularly with us and assured that the end products were exactly what we wanted! He wisely advised us regarding which pieces to repair, purchased exquisite stones to add to my existing gems, created beautiful rings and brought to life pieces that I hadn't worn for a while. I have already received so many compliments on my new jewelry and feel so fortunate to have worked with Scott! I couldn't recommend him more highly and it's so convenient having him come to us!

This business sends, or engages someone to send, unsolicited spam text messages. I can't think of a better reason to NOT ever do business with them. I guess business is down, but resorting to this sort of thing is inexcusable.

If you want exceptional service and products, go to David Jay - I cannot recommend them enough. Jay worked closely with my husband to reset his great grandmother's aged stone into my unique engagement ring. Throughout the entire experience, Jay was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with my husband, and undoubtedly gifted me with the ring of my dreams. When we decided to elope last minute due to COVID, we knew to call David Jay - their home concierge service was able to work with our one-week (!!!) timeline and provide us with beautiful wedding bands in time for our ceremony.David Jay will always be my go-to jeweler, even though I've since relocated to Florida. Jay's craftsmanship and attention to detail is first-rate, and I can't wait to utilize his services again in the future.

My husband and I love David Jay Concierge jewelers. Without leaving our home in Virginia, we were able to speak with Jay about a graduation gift for our granddaughter and select from photos that Jay emailed to us. He was on target within our price range. We settled on a necklace, much more beautiful than any we had seen online. Our granddaughter received it within 10 days!Although we live in Virginia, we have shopped at David Jay Jewelers for years, at first when visiting family in the Philly area. Now that Covid has limited our travels, we find that the at home concierge service easy, personable, and convenient, just as satisfying the in-store experience we came to rely on over the years.

David Jay did a wonderful job making a nameplate necklace for my daughter. They showed me lots of different options and mock-ups before the final necklace was created. I knew I would be getting exactly what we wanted. Such wonderful quality for a keepsake I know my daughter will have forever.

Jay gave us superb service. He spent quality time with us, bringing his services to our home on several occasions. He was patient, answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable. He even advised us against selling some jewelry putting our needs ahead of a sale. Also, he very knowledgeable and we have the utmost confidence in his advice. I have been a customer at David Jay Jewelers since they originally opened in Spring House, then Dresher and finally Warrington. After closing, I started to use their Concierge Service. Wolfie came out to the house for our appointment, bringing with him the same customer service as in the store. It was so relaxing and an enjoyable meeting. He then returned with the gifts I had purchased. Cannot believe how easy it was. Still the same friendly, reliable service but in my home. I strongly recommend the Concierge Service. Great experience working with Scott, and the concierge service couldn’t be easier! I made an appointment to talk on the phone and we spoke about what I was looking for. He sent me emails with pictures and suggestions, and after a few questions answered, we settled on a decision. Scott came to my house to deliver my necklace in person and I didn’t even have to go anywhere! While he was working on my necklace, I asked him to resize my ring that was a bit too snug after all these years, and that was quick and easy too. I highly recommend David Jay Jewelry concierge. Thank you, Scott! I love my necklace and so happy to wear my ring again!
