So not exactly the best dollar tree in existence. The employees and managers are overworked, understaffed, underpaid. This unfortunately gets taken out on the customers. There are a lot of elderly customers that come in and cannot use the self checkout and sometimes no one is at the register to check people out (there are still registers employees can work too). Often there are so many boxes all over the place therefore obstructing the aisles. They definitely have a lot of stuff, unfortunately it isn't always out of the boxes. And sometimes the shelves are bare. Seasonal stuff tends to go really quickly at this location. Overall much room for improvement especially given the area this is a busy location.

I was here today with my mom and brother getting balloons for his birthday. When we went in line, there was an employee arguing with a customer telling her she could not return a bag that had a broken zipper on it. The employee and the customer were arguing loud. A lot of people were in line. We ask for help for a manager. The person who said they were a manager thought WE were returning the item. She was yelling at my mom, calling her names, and she also called me and my brother names. My mom called 911. We talked with the police. The police protected us from the bad lady.

I was at this location over the past weekend and some items are now in a different aisle. I first asked a male employee where I could find stylus pens. He said he didn't know what they were and didn't even bother to walk me over to where they were now located even after I explained what they were for. He did, however, walk with another customer to help her look for something. So eventually I found a nice, older female employee and thought I'd take another shot and ask her where these pens were. She looked over at me and SMILED! Then she walked me over to the next aisle and showed me where they were located. Thank you for treating me like a valued customer!

Customer service is terrible. Employees don’t care to help.

Fully stocked but need more registers open as opposed to having 4 self checkout lines open with a door full of customers.

I was there again today and witness to a man behind me complaining of no cashiers. I was waiting for the self checkout and said You can go before me.....He left with a woman, not only him but another person.....Gone.....I only had a couple of things but you really need to take care of this if you want to stay in business! Peg.....

This store looks like it needs more paid help! Many displays were a mess, the floor needed sweeping badly, all signs that they lack help. No check out help, just two self checkouts. I saw two employees that seemed too busy to help customers. Sadly, this Dollar Tree has really gone downhill.

For the first time in quite a while, I got checked out by an actual person at this location and not a machine, which has been out of the norm since they installed self checkout. I’m not employed by Dollar Tree, so why should I have to check myself out in any instance????

I typically don't write reviews, however I have to compliment this dollar store on being clean, organized, and well-stocked. I've stopped by there a bunch of times to grab a few things I needed, but it wasn't until I recently shopped there with my children in tow that I noticed how easy it is to find things (and, in the once instance when I couldn't find what I needed, the manager (Cory, maybe?) was very helpful and was also kind to my children). Overall, a good spot, and the best dollar store-type shop in the area, in my opinion.

It was a nice shopping experience for the most part. The clerk could have been a bit nicer though. I understand, however. I’ve been in retail for 20 years, and there were kids being loud in there and everything.

We used to love this Dollar Tree. Went in to buy a couple things and saw the line up the aisle about 12 people long. They replaced regular cashiers with just 2 self service check out. No human waiting on anyone. So we walked out. Guess no one wants to work.
