I placed an order a week in advance. Only half the order was delivered so I had to call the store to see where the other half were. The driver forgot them and turned around and was able to deliver the flowers which was not a problem. The chocolate covered Oreos that were delivered had a white coating on them and the package was poorly packed as it was half open. When the flowers did arrive they were brown and wilted. They wouldn't even last a week. When I brought up these issues to the manager at the store she said it was because the van was too cold. The recipient ended up going to the store to complain. The manager was able to replace the Oreos but denied that there was anything wrong with them. She then took the flowers and told her that new ones would be delivered tomorrow. The recipient left with no replacement. The next day, no flowers were delivered. The recipient had to again go to the store and see what was going on. She was given new flowers at that poing. It was a hassle for her to have to go to the store twice after this was a gift for her and supposed to be a surprise. She received her gift late due to poor quality on their end. This is the Warrington location. I am extremely disappointed with the quality and service. As I've already reached out to the manager of that store and receive little to no help or retribution. I also reached out via email to them and got no response. Very disappointing and will not be ordering again.

I ordered a tray of chocolate covered strawberries 2 weeks before Valentine’s Day to be delivered to my husband at work which is only 10 minutes from the Warrington store. My husband works 9-5 so at 4:30 when I didn’t hear from him about his surprise I called the store and was told it was out for delivery! By 5:00 my husband told me he was headed home Al but didn’t mention the strawberries so I had to ruins his Valentine’s Day surprise and ask if he received it. He did not! I told him the store said they were out for delivery so he waited at work for this delivery that showed up at 5:20! So I paid $50 for 8 chocolate covered strawberries and 3 mini cheesecakes that didn’t end up being a surprise! Don’t waste your time on this store! I even reached out to them and they never responded back! The store in Doylestown is MUCH better always on time!! Such garbage Warrington!

Recieved the chocolate cake with strawberries. Cake was moist and the strawberries were sweet and fresh.This was delivered in a timely manor . Very happy with this product.

ZERO stars! Do not use this location. Placed an online order 8/27/22 for delivery the next day, Sunday 8/28/22. I called at 1:45pm to confirm delivery. The "local" number transfers to corporate service center, where I was told it was out for delivery. At 2:43pm I receive an e-mail that the delivery attempt was unsuccessful. I called again, the agent tried to connect to the store but they were not answering. The store closes at 3pm. I requested a refund for my $100, as this was for my mom's birthday and we had guests over. During the phone call a few mins before 3pm, my husband tried to help and called the Feasterville location, not realizing I ordered from Warrington. They picked up their phone right away, just a few minutes before closing at 3pm. We should have ordered from Feasterville. Lesson learned the hard way.

Honestly, this location should not even receive one star. I ordered early morning at 9 AM through the phone and received my order 4:30 PM and received a wrong order for my son’s birthday. I wanted chocolate covered fresh fruits yet they did not make it happen there was no chocolate on the fruits, I called right away at 4:30 PM AND NO ONE PICKED UP THE PHONE … they close at 5… this is unacceptable to ignore customers. I want a full refund. THIS IS MY FIRST AND LAST EXPERIENCE.

I will never order from here again. I ordered for same day delivery and it was never delivered despite me calling and confirming delivery before 3pm. I was assured the arrangement was out for delivery and would be delivered by 3pm. I received a call at 5:10pm from a door dash delivery person attempting to deliver( the business is closed). I call customer service to have it redelivered first thing the following morning and again no delivery. I call again and the customer service rep says, "I cannot guarantee delivery time." Then preceded to say I can go to the store to pick it up the arrangement. If I was able to pick up the arrangement I would've picked it up to begin with. Where is customer service? I paid for a service and did not receive the service but I'm expected to pay for the arrangement and pick it up. This is the worst experience I have ever had with edible arrangements. I don't know if it's a PA thing because I have never had this happen in Chicago or Florida. Really disappointed.

Someone ordered my family an edible arrangement after my grandmother passed away, and I had no idea. I do not open my doors to strangers. Their drivers were hammering my front door; they even came into my backyard and were peeking into our home. They left the edible arrangement without our knowledge and we found it the next day melted, gross, and leaking liquid.

Lisa was very kind. She helped me with an order that was unsuccessfully delivered and delivered another one right away. It was absolutely delicious! I will definitely order from here again!

Last week my siblings and I sent our mother a large get well package with three items in the order but one of the items in the order was missing from the delivery. I was not refunded for the missing item nor was I offered a replacement prior to delivery which was extremely disappointing. If we had not have followed up with our mother we would not have known about the incomplete order. We were never notified about this missing item nor were we offered a replacement. To top it all off, I was even charged for the item that was not included in my order. As a result, I had to call customer service to be refunded my money. A very frustrating experience and I don't plan on using this location again. Not worth the time, money or the aggravation.

Had a delivery scheduled for today for a business for a birthday surprise. They have on their site the latest delivery to a business is 5pm. Well, it’s 7pm and I got an alert that the delivery was unsuccessful. Tried to call this location about 17 times from 330-5pm. They close at 5. What do you know? Nobody answers. No response or no call of why my item was not delivered. HORRIBLE. I will never use them again. Why would you ruin a surprise for someone. Not to mention they are ridiculously expensive. Never again. 0 stars.
