I just purchased a used 2021 Kia K5 GT Line car, ('Mint condition and low mileage) this past Saturday and it was a great experience, of course with negotiations and haggling, but the overall experience was a good one. The Manager and Sales rep, pretty much everyone handled my concerns and questions with friendliness and respect. The process of getting the sale done took a little longer that I expected, but in the end it was certainly worth the effort. It feels good to be treated well and drive away with a smile knowing that I left with the car I wanted. I had an awesome experience with Shane and his whole team last week! After some less than stellar interactions with another Kia dealership, Shane really put my mind at ease and made the entire leasing experience as stress-free as possible. The communication throughout the process was great and I appreciated the follow-up a few days after, just to make sure I was happy with my choice.

*Stay away from their used car lotThis is my second and last suv I've bought from Gateway Kia. Also the second Suv that had paint issues after 1 year of owning it. Both of my SUV had their rear repainted. When I discovered my paint peeling a few months ago I reached out and sent an email to the sales manager, service manager and the gentleman who sold me the car. After a few weeks no response. So I decided to send another email, finally got a response. He told me there's nothing the dealership can do. No apology, and he's tired of hearing my complaints about the SUV.Also must add ,the response email I got from senior sales manager was very sarcastic as well. He is not professional at all. It left a bad taste in my mouth (to be honest).Had nothing but issues since I bought this SUV. Been in the service dept at least half a dozen times or more this past year. Also my suv has hundreds of little dents on the top. Just moved to the area and on my way to work my dash indicated low tire pressure. When checking there was a nail in it. Being that the car is brand new I wanted to take it to a Kia dealership. although I did not purchase the vehicle at this particular dealership, they serviced my vehicle and took care of everything fast and free of charge. Excellent customer service. I will definitely be using this location as my go to anytime I need any repairs or service done. Thanks for your help.

Gateway Kia was wonderful! It was my first service visit after purchasing my car there. I was greeted and shown where I could wait. The coffee was freshly brewed and the TV was playing. My service details were explained to me and my service was completed within an hour. This is my new service spot for my 2020 Sportage.

Alexander Frattaroli Sr is a scumbag. Tried to charge me $2100 nonsense fee to buyout my lease. When I showed my contract and explained that's bs and not in my papers, he lowered it magically to $150. When he still could not justify that fee, he told me to leave and refused to sell me the vehicle that his dealership is contractually obligated to allow me to buyout. DISGUSTING.Then, he abused his power and reported my car as "grounded" which is only to be done at lease end after you hand over the car, which I clearly did not do. He also did not say he was doing this. He did it purposely to further inconvenience me. For what reason? Because he is a short, fat, bald man with a micro penis that needs to flex his lame power to feel good about himself? Zero regard for customers. Shop elsewhere if you want an honest dealer. Bergey is helping me out. Go there. Ask for Sarah. Honest. No hidden fees. No games. They genuinely want to help and are going to abide by my contract terms, like any upstanding business.See photos. Why is the common theme on all the negative reviews Mr Alex Frattaroli Sr? I'm not the only one that has experienced Al/Alex's disgusting, immoral, illegal behavior. Wish the owner of this dealership cared about their customers and would rid themselves of the poison that is Al. Disgusting representation for Kia.

I had the best experience at Gateway Kia Warrington. My sale lady Jessica Litvinov was amazing. Her spirit, her smile, her knowledge in her craft of selling car’s, was impeccable. The Kia organization has a valuable asset with Jessica working for Kia. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. ?

I recently bought my fourth Kia vehicle from Gateway Kia in Warrington PA. Obviously I love Kia Vehicles but what made it even better was the kindness and patients the salesman had with my husband and I. When we finally picked out the vehicle that we wanted the finance department was wonderful in helping us get the best deal possible. I called Kia two days later and let them know that I wasn't happy with the color and they immediately asked "What can we do to make you happy?" I explained that I didn't like the color and they said to bring it back and switch it for a color that I was happy with. I immediately did that and drove off happy with the color and my new car. I also get all of my service done here and highly recommend the service department.

I had a wonderful experience here at the dealership. I purchased a brand new Kia Niro last Monday, and I love the car.I also have to say that I enjoyed the experience, my salesman Tom was a true professional, knowledgable, and made the process move quickly and smoothly. We had a lot of the details worked out before I ever walked in the door.Al, the manager, has been on top of following up on the process since I left the dealer, making sure that I've been pleased with the vehicle, and with the service I received.It's nice to know that there is a local dealer that I can rely on. This is my second vehicle purchased here, as I purchased a Soul back in 2016, and I'm going to recommend them to family and friends as well!

I just bought a new Sorento from Gateway Kia. I really have no words to express my pleasure at the whole experience. Bob and Mike were fantastic to deal with. And they had Rick explain the features of the car. All 3 were so knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Gateway to all my friends and group ve it 5 stars. We arrived at Gateway about 4 o'clock and were driving home by 5:45. Thanks to everyone thereJohn and Deborah Scafidi
