My boyfriend and I met with Mary and I was extremely unhappy with how she handled things! I was asked twice by this office for info for my boyfriend when they should’ve asked HIM and my boyfriend had to call several times for his simple taxes to get completed then they called me when they were done not him. She couldn’t do my taxes on time so I had to pay $99 extra to file an extension, and she didn’t communicate at all until she told me she couldn’t do them on time and said they’d be done in a few days. Weeks passed by and when I tried calling, they were closed for the season and I had to contact a different office. She never did my taxes and just left for the season! The woman I spoke to said they’d be done by January 2025. UNACCEPTABLE! The woman on the phone also told me files I uploaded were in an unreadable format for their system. When was anyone going to tell me?! If I’m paying $700+ to do my taxes I expect better service. Extremely disappointed and will not be using this branch again.

Each year I am more satisfied with H&R Block. I have the same accountant every year. It is great to talk to him and he does a great job.

I want to commend Kevin Kelley at H&R Block. He has prepared my returns for several years and is always knowledgeable, patient and quick to respond, both to questions, and to prepare the returns. I also love the option of completing everything online and not having to go into the office.

Very professional and nice. I want thank Kevin especially. This is my first time to use H&R block. Kevin helps us in very detail. And I also need my prior year tax return recently. I messaged Kevin. He responded very fast and gave me all documents I need. I will absolutely recommend this place.

Kevin is a great tax preparer. Even with a complicated return he excelled! Drop off all your tax documents specify your tax preparer selection Kevin and Mary are the best. Early tax prep is the fastest and safest way to file your return. Get her done.

It's really bad after I got a note from the Irs stating that I didn't have to file and to not send money that the lady at the irs told me to do. Why couldn't she just ask me to pay to get my taxes done. Now, I can't even trust H&R Block to do my taxes.
