Was in the Warrington store last week. Place looked like a bomb went off in the cutting area. One guy slowly cutting fabric with at least 6 people in line and it was only 10:30am!! Piles and piles of fabric in carts behind the counter that looked like none had been put away in over a week. Shelves throughout the store were a complete mess, t-shirt section looked like it hadn’t been folded and cleaned up in weeks. 3/4 of the notions’ hooks were empty of any stock. Ribbon isle was a complete mess. All the isles were a mess and no one around to assist customers. Have never been in any Joann Fabric store that was such a disgrace as this store. When did this happen??? Why has this happened??? One guy working the floor and one older woman running a cash register. What a mess. Shame on you, Joann Fabric. Get your act together or just close your store.

I went to Joanns to purchase fabric and had a hard time deciding on material and sizing for my project. Reuben was working the fabric area that day and he was very patient and helped me figure everything out. Thank you for your time and patience.

Fabric selection is great! The girls in the sewing department are wonderful. I was just in to pick up an order and while waiting in line I noticed that the cashier was unbelievably rude to the older people that would check out. She was also rude to me after I asked her if both of my online orders were in the bag (they weren’t) so I had to go back in and while she’s serving another customer she’s yelling at me saying the items were in the bag. She eventually figured it out but was extremely rude. Laureen - you need some extra training in customer service or find a new job.

Overpriced and unorganized. The online shopping is not well planned. Picking up items in store I decided to shop around before picking up my order and the store was a mess. Customer service was also unhelpful when looking to have a simple order canceled.

The service in the store was good, however there was only one cashier and seven people in line. The manager joined when I got up to the register to help take care of the line

Joann's is the only material store in the area. You can find just the material you are looking for.

Good selection of yarn, but don't wear warmer clothes inside on a cold day, they had the heat cranked up and I started overheating while trying to select my yarn.

I just left there at 3:00pm today 9/14 and not one person working the registers was polite. A woman was arguing about not getting something she ordered for curbside pickup with one cashier while another is chiming in to the manager about how she picked the order and she knows what she put in and that the woman thinks she paid for something she didn’t get. The women said she didn’t appreciate that and that cashier starts talking under her breath to the customer she was helping. Then they’re telling her she shouldn’t have been charged if it wasn’t picked but the lady was telling them she was and that it wasn’t pending. “Well maybe your bank is different.” She wouldn’t have been charged though right?…. Then my cashier never said hi, never answered how she was doing when I asked, never asked for a phone number for rewards and coupons, never said thank you and never said have a nice day back like I said to her. Another cashier was telling a lady “well be patient” when the screen didn’t come up to swipe the card. I saw the look that customer gave and clearly she didn’t like it. The three of us all walked out with annoyance on our faces for what just happened in there. I get people are short staffed. The staff you DO have doesn’t need to be rude and condescending. Cashiers were rude and the one manager who was fighting with the lady was too. You’re store is way overpriced to be giving people bad experiences.

Found everything AND MORE that I was looking for without the trek to Hobby Lobby in Horsham. Friendly staff, lady in Fabrics have me a discount on about a foot remaining of fabric so it didn't have to go back on the shelf. Definitely be back for my next sewing project.

Wow! This store is so nice! Way nicer than my local store. Everything was full and well organized it even looked like they had classes. So happy I stopped in while I was in the area.

The place is clean, organized, loads of fabrics. Nice selection of items.With my case the fame selection is very lacking. They offered a 50% off the instock frames, just a example a MCS 18x24 Gallery Wide frame, material is plastic basically, was 40.99 marked down to 20.49. For me this is normal price, not a markdown or sale. Just marketing. Bought it anyway due to the next framing store is a bit of a distance.Was also able to find puzzle glue here.Staff were every nice and helpful. Atmosphere was nice.
