The staff is friendly and helpful. The exam is quite comprehensive and up to date. No more eye drops! The selection of glasses is huge should you need to purchase a pair. I love my opthomologist! She did a great job and explained everything.

I called ahead to let the store know the predicament I was in. I was able to go and find a new pair of glasses that I liked and get an order processed. Meanwhile, they fixed a pair of glasses that I had that had some hardware coming out of it. Everyone was very professional and kind. Would definitely recommend this location.

I had an emergency visit last Sunday. They were absolutely wonderful. After going to Urgent Care, I was told I had to wait until Monday to go to an optometrist. I was in terrible pain every time I blinked and felt a sharp object in my eye. Luckily, my husband told me about the LensCrafters where he went a few months ago. I called, and they were able to see me right away. My optometrist Tanya Moennichmeyer was wonderful. She was professional, understanding and after a few tests was able to identify and remove the sharp object from my eye. Thank you! I highly recommend this office and Dr. Moennichmeyer and will definitely go back again!

The service provided by all the staff at LensCrafters was truly commendable. Initially, I had reservations about visiting LensCrafters, but my interest in getting Meta glasses covered by my insurance led me there.
From the moment I scheduled my appointment, the staff displayed exceptional helpfulness and courtesy. The eye examiner did an outstanding job determining my prescriptions and fitting for contacts. I ordered both glasses and contacts and was promptly informed of their arrival. Upon picking up my glasses, I noticed some vision issues. The following day, I set up an appointment to resolve this issue. Eileen, a remarkably helpful staff member, listened attentively to my concerns and promptly ordered a new set of lenses without hesitation.
My unique prescription, with different powers in each eye (1.75 in the left, 2.75 in the right), made it challenging to find over-the-counter glasses. Eileen suggested purchasing two sets with the respective powers and offered to combine them at no extra cost. Although I ordered the glasses from Amazon, Eileen's suggestion proved invaluable with sets of 1.75 and 2.75 glasses. The following day, upon receiving the glasses, I contacted the store for the lens swap. Wade, a technician, provided exceptional assistance during the swap, demonstrating great patience and going above and beyond to ensure the correctness of the power using a machine. Despite my offer to pay for his service, Wade refused any payment, leaving me truly impressed by his exceptional service.
Such outstanding service is rare to come by in this day and age, and I wholeheartedly recommend this LensCrafters to anyone in need of eye care.

I had a bad experience at the LensCrafters in Jenkintown, PA, which made me feel like I would never want to do business with LensCrafters until I came here and dealt with the manager. She treated me like someone who actually mattered and took care of the problem. I had an Awesome experience. I would tell anybody to come to this LensCrafters if they’re in the market for new glasses. The eye doctor was phenomenal as well. She was very patient and caring. Thank you for your help
and I will definitely be a repeat customer.
