Everyone's keepin' it a hunnit w/ their reviews on crappiest customer service ever experienced. After figuring out that they sold me way too much paint for the Halloween costume I described, I emailed about their return policy. Kara ends up telling me "No problem," unopened product will receive a refund on receipt. Sent the paint back w/ tracking, saw it got delivered, then gave it some time to process. Two weeks went by and still nothing, so I emailed Kara w/out a response. Five months later (I know - I procrastinate, ok?) I called up their business and Anna tells me Kara no longer works there, but if I'd forward her the email exchange she'd take care of the refund. One more email a month later, but never to hear from them again.
BEWARE OF SHADY BUSINESS!!! Probably already have a sign hanging outside their office. Take your business elsewhere, you've been warned.

Previously I managed the customer service department for a global education company, and "WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER" does not describe the half of my interactions with Liquid Latex Fashions.
I recently return several unopened products after being assured by an employee that they're happy to accept such returns in exchange for a refund. It has now been 30+ days, I have called the company more than half a dozen times, and have been unsuccessful in collecting any reimbursement.
The first 5 inquires went like this... "oh, the person you spoke with is not in today, she only works part time. Let me look into this and get back to you"...
I have yet to hear back from them.
When I called this morning, I was informed that a reimbursement cannot be issued, but I can receive store credit. I returned their products because they were not being used, so I do not understand how store credit would be helpful in this scenario.
I really don't like writing negative reviews. Even more so I dislike working with companies that offer zero customer service, zero follow-up, and seem to lack a general understanding of how to do business. The return in question is of an extremely small dollar amount, which is why I'm having a hard time understand what the hold-up is.
I have extensive knowledge and experience with shipping/fulfillment and payment/reimbursement processing, and I know for certain from the companies I have worked with that it should not be this difficult to take care of your customers. This should have been a smooth and painless transaction, and yet here I am taking the time to leave a review that I was hoping I wouldn't have to.
In short, if you are in need of body paint, please, please, please, do business with any company but Liquid Latex Fashions.

Very frustrating business to deal with. They never invoiced my company, never called us about it (we forgot about it as well), and when I needed more of their product they made me jump through hoops over a course of six months to contact Paul, to finally be rebuked and refused business for reasons unknown to me.
Really unorganized shady business. NOT recommend.
