Love the store and the ladies working here. But their shipping process takes the longest. My shipment was sent back after 12 day waiting for it and returned. Then after calling 3 times I finally got someone to help. It took over half an hr on the phone when finally got it to re- process it again and God knows when that will be here. In other words don’t buy anything online.

This was the best experience I had shopping in a national retail store. The store is clean and organized. The sales rack was organized beautifully by colors and size- very aesthetically pleasing. All of the employees were kind and helpful. They took great pride in their work. I would happily shop here again.

Great sales lately. Only reason not 5 stars is you can no longer pay your loft bill in store.

Agree whole heartedly with all other negative reviews here. This is not an exaggeration-- every employee was rude and disgruntled in their own way. I completely understand that the world is going through a lot right now but that still makes no excuse for the blatant attitude of each worker. I am very nice and understanding and got unwarranted nasty interactions with every person I encountered. I should have known since I saw the long line of people outside unattended by any workers or signage that this was going to be a bad experience. When we finally got in the store we were not greeted by a woman with short brown hair and glasses. The second disgruntled worker was the cashier (older, blonde hair with bangs) assisted me with an online order and she was unhelpful and did not guide me pleasantly through the transaction. The third bad encounter was a younger woman with long brown hair who yelled loudly and shortly when I asked her to clarify a sale. My daughter and I both looked at each other surprised by this demeanour and I think the employee got the sense we were taken aback. She literally flung her hand to point at a sign-- not only was this unhelpful but there is so much signage around the store that you cannot tell what is actually going on. This store staff was rude before the pandemic and now there is really no excuse. I will not be returning to this location and I really hope the employees get the professional and emotional decency training they need.

The women who work here are SO RUDE. My work wardrobe is exclusively Loft, and I almost never shop in the store because this is the only one in the area and I hate dealing with the staff so much. I have been to the store TWICE and have had such horrible experiences I will never go back.

Where do I begin??? A one star rating is too high. I buy most of my clothes from loft online. When they have great sales I buy alot. Sometimes I have to make returns which is my greatest nightmare. The Warrington PA store is closest to me and I loathe going there. Each time I do returns they behave as though I have stolen all the merchandise. I always have the invoices and the purchases are always on my Loft card which I have had for years! They always seem thrilled when a return is over 30 days (which by the way anything purchased in December is returnable until January 31)..check with Loft customer service. This particular store insisted that my daughter take a store credit for a return purchased in December. They also would not take back 2 items of mine that they insisted were final sale because the price ended in .88. I never buy final sale and when I called customer service they said the staff was incorrect and I could return through the mail. I asked for a shipping label as well. There was no way I was paying to return items that should have been returned by the store. For the most part everyone at that store has attitude no matter when I shop there. Approximately a year ago I stopped the woman doing the return and asked her if she had a problem with doing my returns. She quickly changed her attitude and acted much more friendly. They need to wake up and realize that they have their jobs because of the customers. Unfortunately brick and mortar shopping is quickly on its way out and the Warrington Loft employees wont have to be bothered with those pesky customers!!!

I refrained from posting here initially but my customer service email has gone unanswered. And after reading the other reviews on this page, I feel totally validated in my opinion of my recent experience. I stopped in this past Monday, 12/30 because they were having a 50% off sale. It was a rainy morning and the store was not busy at all. In fact there were more employees than customers in the store at that time. I was dressed in a nice sweater, jeans, boots and a coat as I was meeting friends for lunch following my shopping trip. I walked past at least 4 employees, one of whom made direct eye contact with me, and not one of them said "hello". They didn't even acknowledge me. I had about 10 items over my arm that I wanted to try on and no one offered to start a fitting room or even asked if I needed help. In fact, I changed my mind about one of the items I had intended to try on and there was an employee standing in the path of the rack I was trying to get to and I had to say "excuse me" to get around her and she never said "sure" or "do you need help?", nothing. In this day of brick and mortar stores struggling to compete with online retailers, its shocking to me that these employees are this indifferent about providing just a basic level of customer service. I've worked in retail before so I know it can be a difficult job at times, but it's not difficult to say "hello". Doubtful I'll be shopping here in the future.

Love Loft!
Have been a card holder for years and wardrobe exclusively from there for work.
Spent 42 minutes in the Valley Square location, where there were 3 employees and no other customers. Tried on $500 worth of work clothes - ready to purchase. Not one word was ever spoken to me. Employees were cleaning store and emptying trash in my path without excusing themselves or stopping in my presence — 2 hours prior to store closing on a Tuesday. I stepped out of the store and just purchased everything I tried on online. Inexcusable customer service.
