The food was excellent & so was our waitress! Shaylin, you were absolutely wonderful! I've been going to another Longhorn Steakhouse, but after going to this one, I probably won't go to the other one anymore. Location really makes a difference. Thanks again Shaylin for your great service!

Jam packed and crazy noisy on a Sunday at 5, so a bad choice of time but that's all we had available. My dining companions were pleased with their choices of a burger and strip steaks, and both were prepared as ordered. Unfortunately, I am unable to eat meat right now, which is the restaurant's forte. The Grilled Chicken Breast with a lemon garlic "sauce" didn't cut it. It was way over seasoned and arrived overcooked and dried out.Wheelchair accessibility: I guess they have accessible accommodations but how could you get to them? The tables are PACKED together.

To be honest, the food was great. Can't blame the kitchen for the poor service of the host and manager. The server was great also. The manager needs to be retrained on how to:1. How to handle angry customers, just from watching what he did to the family ahead of me, I knew what to expect....2. Needs to be professional with not sure if can be trained.....3. If you make a mistake, own it. I had to wait 1 hour because he gave another family mh table. Very unorganized, and the worst I had to ask 3 times until they figured out they messed up and got the wrong headcount.General Manager or whoever oversees this place. You need to review your host and with the manager. Good luck with him.....

Great waitress service. The main hostess ( Jennifer) needs an attitude adjustment. Last night was the first time (and we go out of our way to drive from Perkasie to Warrington to go to this steak house for the past 10 years) that my husband and I complained about the food. We had the Outlaw Ribeye and every bite had fat or gristle in it. The mashed potatoes had a lake of butter in the middle of them. The food was served so fast to us that we did not have the time to eat one course that the next one was right there. Our appetizer was served with our salads. And 7 minutes later our dinner was served to us.Tonight's dinner was very good. My husband had the shrimp and steak dinner with baked potatoe and broccoli. My dinner was a ceaser salad with dressing on the side and a outlaw steak. We also has the sweet and spicy chicken as an appetizer. Strawberry cream shortcake for dessert. Sssssoooo good. Good waiter. We will be returning.Once again a greatt meal at Longhorn steakhouse. Jeanette was a great server. On top of everything. We had a wonderful time.

Assigned from the stakes that I cook on my grill, the best steak I’ve ever had was at the Longhorn steakhouse in Allentown. They get it, customer service, and sell the sizzle. Unfortunately, the Warrington Longhorn steakhouse has a lot to learn in capacity.
After a long, wait, my wife’s meal came out, smoking hot as did the mac & cheese which were both delicious, but unfortunately, my bone in 20 ounce Pittsburgh medium ribeye set under a warming light for probably 10 minutes before I got to the table.
Don’t mind spending money for good food, but I do mind spending good money for below average food.
Appreciated the general manager, moving our table from the very back corner to somewhere less confined, and perhaps the between the waiters as we removed from one waiting area to another cause some confusion between the waiter and waitress, but we felt the oblige to keep the waiter Ed, because we didn’t want to disrupt his tip.
so perhaps that’s one of the reasons why we were not served well, and why we waited so long, but that shouldn’t enter into the factor of the state coming out cold.
The waitress in Allentown was remarkable and the experienced she gave to our party that evening was a memory. I’ll carry with me forever as the best service smile, attitude, and food we’ve ever had at a restaurant.
This review was intended to the general manager and the staff of the Warrington Longhorn steakhouse to achieve the Highmark from the Allentown branch relating to customer service

Arrived 3:00. Was seated in a back corner with server ‘Ed’. Was uncomfortable seated in the back corner. Spoke to mgr and allowed to us to move to another table but we asked to keep ‘Ed’ as server so not to be disruptive to his tip. Didn’t matter. Ed wasn’t very available. The point of this is that my best ribeye of my 59 years was that of longhorn steakhouse in Allentown where the Pittsburg medium 20oz bone in comes out sizzling hot…but here comes out luke warm. How terribly disappointing this meal was. I’ll stick to Allentown going forward. I recount In Allentown, I was perfectly happy w my ribeye but my waitress noticed something didn’t look right to her. I said it was wonderful but she disregarded my contentment and came back out 7 minutes later with a sizzling hot ribeye better than the one I had. The moral of the story is customer care…this is something the Warrington branch should take note bc the server who set it in front of me had no idea how far from the mark the steak she was serving had fallen from. I’ll pay 100$ for a steak as long as it’s good and I’ve paid that in the past, but nothing has equaled that steak from Allentown…well, except by my own, on my own bbq. Thumbs down to Warrington longhorn. Oh, and My wife says ‘Ed’ sucks lol
