No regard for others time.. I have now tried to give this salon business twice and both times I called was told to come in they have someone available and then waited 45 minutes before I left. Extremely disrespectful!!

I have been going to Luxury nails for 7 years +. I am kind of picky- so for me to commit, it’s a big deal. These ladies have become a kind of family to me. Amy (the owner), and Ann have been kind, punctual, and VERY good at what they do. On a consistent basis. They also will go above and beyond to make their customers happy. The place is clean, and well taken care of. I highly recommend. Thank you ladies for all you do! 💗

After my disappointing experience at the nail salon, I started to wonder about the importance of customer service in businesses. While it's always nice to be greeted with a smile and polite conversation, does it truly make up for a lack of quality work?
I decided to get a dip manicure, and while the staff were friendly and polite, unfortunately, that didn’t translate to quality workmanship. The dip and polish base were poorly applied, leaving product around the edges of my nails and finger tips where it shouldn’t have been. The technician didn’t realize it until I pointed it out. She seemed to be in a hurry to make it to her next appointment.

Everyone is nice, but I have gone 20+ times looking to give them another shot but they are never on time for appointments. Also I have had several of my appointments be rushed and not look good. Today I went for a French pedicure for my wedding and they look awful - very streaky. Very disappointing so after several attempts, I officially won’t be back anymore,

I can’t say enough good things about this nail salon! I have been going there for about 8 years now. Amy, the owner is beyond amazing at nails and will have you in and out, she’s so unbelievably fast. She is super professional and accommodating and an overall sweet person. She also has an awesome staff that do an amazing job as well. They have a great selection of colors and can pretty much do any type of design to your nails also. The salon is very clean and their prices are great also. I would highly recommend them!

This is just based on one nail technician. This was my first and only time going here. I showed a picture of what I wanted and they said they could do it. She used a black glitter nail polish with a matte finish. It looked like a hot mess. I wanted stiletto, they were uneven. She also hurt me a few times filing and using that filing drill bit. I have cuts and burns from it. When I pulled away, she just held onto my hand. I should've just left, but I let her finish. No one was rude, it just wasn't a good experience and the finished product looked like a foggy mess. I went to my regular place, and they fixed it. The 3rd picture is what I wanted. The other 2 is what I got.

I cannot believe how stressful my experience was today with Kim.
She was shouting at me because I asked her to shape my nails dofferently than usual and thin them out. She continued shouting at me and was very rude. She was angry that every time I have been there I haven't requested her.
I was very disappointed.
I won't go back.

This is my go-to nail spot! I love getting dip here, and the pedicures are lovely. I started going because their hours were perfect for my work schedule and they could ALWAYS fit me in! There were a few times that I didn't make an appointment where I'd have to wait a little, but it was never too bad.

I’ve been coming to Amy for years. I will travel to wherever she is. I show her pics and she always accommodates and exceeds my expectations . Reservations are not honored. Basically show up and hope that you get your nails done before they close. And then I got the worst gel manicure I’ve ever received. Polish started chipping after 12 hours. I left with basically full hands of cuticles and only half of my nails filed. Even when I asked if they could scoop under my nails to clean out dirt I saw it was not done. Sidenote- the bathroom walls look like they have never been wiped. How much can you trust a place that doesn’t even keep their bathrooms clean for their guests. Also, my friend told me that once when she got her eyebrows done they did not change the paper that she laid on. Too much negative to find a positive to go back.
