The lady at the register was very rude and argumentative to me. And on top of all that she cut her name off the receipt saying she was not comfortable with me having her name. This was a terrible experience if i could rate zero i would!

I love this Petco Store! They have the best selection of items and priced very reasonable. I have purchased a lot of fish items including 10 gallon fish tank complete with everything you need. I have purchased filter assembly and filters for my outside fish quartet, Aqueoun products mostly, because they stand behind their products. I buy and have bought most of my fish from this store as well. Their employees are professional, exceptionally well trained as far knowledgeable, sincere and always a pleasure to do their best to take care of you on your shopping visit. I can not imagine a more sincere and dedicated group of individuals then these sales associates. Today on my visit to the store, Sunday October 27, a very sweet and genuine young lady took very good care of me and her name was Ryn, she has waited on me in the past and is outstanding. I take my animals here for their vet appointments, and regularly get my pet supplies here. Staff is incredibly friendly, store is always well stocked!!
It seems like the store is a bit understaffed, management would benefit from adding to the team. But the workers are doing incredible with what they’ve got!!!

Have been calling grooming for a week now. But nobody answers. Showed up a few days ago with my dogs and was told the only groomer was on vacation (which they could have mentioned in their voicemail msg I listened to at least a dozen times). Tried to just buy a few toys for my dogs while I was there but there was nobody around to even ring me up. How do you guys make money if there's literally nobody around to perform the services or make the sales?

The staff at this location are super helpful. A staff member really helped me out with how I can get my accounts consolidated as because of petco corporate they made 2 accounts for me when I have only made one myself. She gave me all the info and was very patient.

Great store and the best staff. I’m here way too much due to having 6 fish tanks and 3 dogs, and it’s always a pleasant experience. Everyone is super kind and knowledgeable, the place is huge and always has what I need. Being signed up for their premier program really pays itself off too
