So far so good. Came here with the girlfriend and we were the only ones in the store. Sales woman greeted us and took us over the the sleep number bed that determines what sleep number alleviates the most pain. Very interesting as you see red marks turn to a shade of gray as the bed gets closer to the sleep number score which suits you best. Now full disclosure, they test your score out on a P5 Model bed, this is the bed that we ended up going with and it is two steps up from the base model, basically it comes with a few extra inches of cushion.We tested the base model and model above base and we thought they were okay but we were not in love with the comfort level. Now, my friend when I told him how much we spent on it immediately said they up sold us. Maybe, but to me comfort is everything when purchasing a bed and if I am handing over several hundred dollars I want to be happy and feel good about the purchase. There is a Tempur-Pedic store a few steps away from this sleep number store if you want to compare the beds. For me, I loved the idea of being able to adjust the comfort level anytime, also you can adjust either side to any number you want. So if your partner wants to adjust to a firm mattress with a sleep number close to 100 that is fine and you can still sleep on your side at any number you want whether it be ultra soft or medium score around 50.I will update review if anything changes down the line as we only had mattress for about a week but as I said in the start of my review, so far so good.As always people SYOY!!!

They product become a nightmare after 2 years of use it. Stay away from their product because it will work until 2 to 3 years after that you will have to replaced.

Someone helped us right away. We tried a few beds and they did a test to show us where out pressure points were and how we could adjust the beds to be perfect for our personal body types. We ordered the i8 and it should arrive in January. The wait for delivery was a disappointment, I thought it would be like a couple of days but that is about a month out from when we ordered.

DO NOT BUY FITTED SHEET FROM SLEEP NUMBER. I have to say the customer service in this store is AWESOME. BUT the sheets are awful. I own a king flextop. The sheets are super expensive and do not last. The fitted sheets rip right in the middle. I bought 3 and all of the fitted sheets have ripped. The sheets are a couple hundred dollars a piece. You would think they would last. Nope. DO NOT buy your sheets from sleep number. You can buy flextop fitted sheets on Amazon for way less. I did try to reach out to sleep number but they ignored my emails

Update: received a call from the salesman Rob in Nov. He helped us get it worked out and get us a new mattress.Worst customer service we have experienced in a long time!! Attempted to buy a king size sleep number bed. The order was put through - not sure why but the order was changed to another bed. Found out bc of supply issues the bed we wanted was no longer available at this point. We understand that can happen, especially nowadays but in multiple attempts to figure this out and talk to customer service, they tried to upsell a more expensive bed to us, we were put on hold multiple times, disconnected, never did get to talk to a manager, our bed was cancelled, talked to the salesman who was talking to the district manager (who I was told would try to help) but never actually heard back from either of them. Still haven’t to this day except when i stopped in the store for a refund of a mattress cover and the salesman tried to start over with selling me a more expensive bed. No answers on why no one called me back!!! My Credit with them still shows a bed being ordered ($$ pending) but there is no order in place. Still waiting to hear from the district manager!! Guess they didn’t want our business. And the beds are not cheap

Worse bed I've ever bought. Doesn't help me sleep better and one side of the bed is higher than the other. The only advantage is that the back raises. Other than that, huge miss. Never again
