I have been working with Lisa Walsh as my personal trainer since the spring of 2012. Her workouts are challenging and new each session. I never get bored with the same old workout. Her nutritional advice is very helpful in keeping me on track. I actually look forward to my training sessions and couldn't live without her.

I've been working with Lisa Walsh three times a week for almost a year. I came to Lisa as a very sedentary working mom who had never been serious about exercise. I'd never done a Burpee. I didn't know WHAT to do with a Bosu. And I sure as heck had never used a TRX! Thanks to Lisa's expert guidance and tireless encouragement, I've expanded my horizons to include all of those things--and much more. Lisa keeps all of the workouts fresh and challenging. The improvements in my strength and endurance are noticeable. Sometimes I can't believe what I've learned and how much I've accomplished working with her. While I'm definitely a work in progress, I'm feeling great about how far I've come in a year...and where I'll be a year from now with Lisa's expert assistance. If you want a trainer who knows her stuff, who is reliable and thorough, and who truly cares, you want Lisa Walsh. I recommend her unequivocally!
