My experience was great. The whole building got redone like 3-4 years ago. The self check out area has not been updated. Hopefully soon. Overall, great store.

Target before was clean and employer more care about customer now they chatting the employer between each other a lot and they ignore the customer needs specific when we try to check in the employer looking each other and I don’t know why they don’t really jump to help the customer right away and I notice customer service there is nobody also and people waiting in the line for long time

lol, this Target sucks. Here’s why:There’s always a giant line wrapped around the front because there’s no one to check people out, and I guess there aren’t enough self-checkouts. But there’s plenty of employees standing around and directing people to go to the freshly open self-checkout.There’s rarely any carts or baskets up front to grab for your shopping. I can’t get everything I need because we can hold so many items. Not a great selection of food, namely fresh food. It’s messy and disheveled; things are just…thrown around. Finally, the Starbucks has flies and gnats in the food display. Yucky.Really just didn’t expect this going into not Wal-Mart.

false advertising, they said if you purchased tide pods you would get a $15 gift card, however no where did it say you had to down load the app or have the app running at checkout to qualify or download anything. FALSE ADVERTISINGAlso when I went they had only 3 cashiers and no self checkouts open, lines were really long and wait time was long

The length of lines anymore has been very disappointing.. there was never lines like this before all these self checkouts went in

This is the third time I've gotten groceries and multiple items I've either seen in store or accidentally bought have been expired. It's December and you're selling ground turkey from August. Ew.

Never staff around to offer assistance, they're trying to be upscale, they're not. Great virtue signaling with the merchandising. Seems like they had no idea who their customer base is. Electronic counter not staffed. Target was once a rising retail star but corporate seems to have fixed that

In order to pick up your order inside this store you have to stay in a long queue with the customers who are being served in Returns and Exchange Section, which during the Holiday(s) season takes forever and looks ridiculous . "Pick Up" section is closed, although you can see 5-6 workers inside the pick up storage. Employees who see you- they just don't care. Horrible experience.

I had purchased an item from Target as a Christmas gift. It shipped same day as my purchase! After recieving the video game I discovered that someone else had already gotten him the gift. Returning it was so easy. There wasn't any line. The woman working returns was extremely pleasant. I didn't need my reciept, just the credit card the item was purchased with. Definitely liked dealing with Target. It was just as easy as Amazon and I liked giving another company my business. I really don't want to end up with Amazon as my only choice in the future.

Your drive-up pickup fulfillment is horrific. To get an email that my order was ready then have it cancelled due to "technical issues" once I hit I'm Here and then not being able to provide me any answers whatsoever at customer service makes me never want to shop at the Warrington Target again. This isn't the first time this has happened. I ordered a charger online for pickup and I even added a back-up item in case #1 became out of stock. A little bit after placing the order I got a cancellation notice that BOTH items were out of stock.I know this wasn't true because I was in the store a day before. So I go to the store, walk back to electronics and pick the item right off its shelf peg sitting right there. Then I went to find my back-up item and there were AT LEAST FIFTEEN of them hanging on the shelf peg.Do you just not want to fulfill small orders? Waste of your time? I can't tell you how many times we've ordered items online for store pickup and get them cancelled only to go in to the store and find them on the shelves.Your store is embarassingly bad and you have an ONGOING and CONTINUOUS problem with your employees that needs to be rectified.Excuses like "We had 3,000 orders today" and "Sometimes orders just get lost in the store when being picked" are NOT excuses that a store the size of Target should be making. "The item was out of stock". No it wasn't because you went and picked 3 of the 4 items when I went in to complain about the order being cancelled.I have not had this experience at any of the other Targets in this area, just this store.

Great store. Always well stocked, but don't place a drive up order at this store. Their drive up always seems to be extremely slow. They never seem to have enough employees working.
