I like the people there, but their Corp processing for lost or stolen debit cards is horrible. I was told 7 to 14 days for a stolen Debit card? Who makes customers wait that long these days for a stolen or lost card? I had my wallet stolen and I got all my credit cards within 2 business days of reporting it except these nitwits. Then, when I decided to go get the card in person after waiting a few days painfully, they said the system was down and couldn't activate the new card I received at the branch! Hours later, I call them and the system is still down. Are you kidding me? A Bank, or CU Down for more than a few minutes? I told them if I didn't have it up by end of day I'd escalate. This is my escalation. Maybe one day they will learn to get it right!

I was send a check of 2600..and a letter with instructions on what to do ones i deposit the check on my acct..so i had the worst emberraceing moment. Ever i try cashing the check and they told me it was a scam fraud ect...bottom line is dont say yes to the redbull car wrap its all bs...
