In all my years on this Earth, I have NEVER met as great of people as I have than at this U-Haul Center! Katie went above and beyond to help me and my partners get the truck we needed. She is the star of the show! Gene in the shop also helped us find a shop in the area to repair the truck we purchased and suggested an amazing restaurant!Hands down the best experience ever with U-Haul!

Had towing package installed on my 2020 GMC Terrain. Hitch was fine but 4 pin trailer connector was wrong harness. 2 harnesses are available, one for a tow package equipped vehicle and one without. Lights don’t work properly. Harness was suppose to connect to brake lights as I don’t have the tow package and they used a harness that was designed for a tow package. Their solution: I should fix it. They don’t know what they’re doing.Services: Electrical
