I had a great experience during cashier check out. The associate named Mariana was very pleasant and used her personal makeup experience to show me options that ended up working for me. She went out of her way to assure my shopping experience was complete. Be back soon

My hair git some copper color after me trying to dye it on my own went for a fix, they said they couldn’t fix and do highlights as i wanted but could do full color back to my natural brown, they left me on a chair with the chemicals on and left for lunch! It was burning! I came out with my hair wet because they didn’t have time to dry they say they put product for my curls to look pretty when it air dry… it smelled very bad i got home, dried out not pretty all dry, and fizzy my hair was now orange as a carrot! It was worst, and i had to listen to the “professional” go on and on on how i should never dye my own hair because i didn’t know what i was doing! I have been dying my own hair for 30 yrs and this is the first time it went slightly wrong but the worts part was trying to get help there now i had fix it myself with a blue black tone and its fixed

The last few times I have visited this location, they didn't have what I was looking for in stock (even though it said it was there online) and they appeared to be understaffed. Kind of a bummer when you are spending so much money.

I’m a Diamond member and have gone to this location several times over the last 3 years. I used to have such a great experience here but over the last few times I’ve been there this year, I’ve noticed how differently I’m treated compared to other customers. I don’t usually play the race card but it’s hard not to when you’re the only brown skin customer who isn’t getting the same treatment as the rest of the customers who happen to be white. At every other Ulta and even Sephora I’ve ever shopped at (and I frequent these store often), employees greet me, ask me if I need assistance with anything, and are genuine and kind. The last two times I’ve been here, I don’t get treated and instead whichever employee is at the cash register or near the door scowl at me. No one asks me if I need help with anything. However those same employees greet the other customers and offer to assist them. Even with checkout, there were issues. There’s a sign that says something along the lines of “checkout line starts here” and the last several times I’ve checked out, I stand there waiting, and another customer will cut in front of me through some of the displays in front of the checkout desk. One time, I even thought maybe I was in the wrong and stood behind those customers, and even then I wasn’t served. I was really hesitant to even write a review, but after seeing several reviews by non-white customers bringing up this same issue and reading Ulta’s reply about their desire to have better diversity/inclusivity/equality training and just basic human decency I have to say I’m very disappointed because 1. The staff hired at this location is NOT diverse or inclusive of all people and 2. It seems that no one is making sure these trainings are done and put into practice.

I can not say enough about Lily. I came in to the salon in literal hysterics after a terrible eyebrow lamination/tint at a different salon. I asked if there was anyone who could help fix my eyebrows and Lily jumped right in. She immediately calmed me down and got right to work. She fixed my brows and made me feel so confident. She didn’t even want to charge me for such a life saving event. Thank you Lily for literally saving my life. I am so appreciative!!!!!

Can we take a minute to appreciate Shahina! I have never experienced someone so helpful as this lady. Today she went above and beyond to help me and it’s not the first time! Every time she is working and I visit she is, informative, passionate about her job & extremely helpful, it’s service you just don’t get these days in most places. Ulta … appreciate her (she’s a Gem)

I got a haircut here, and the lady disapper for 30 minutes while I had product un my hair and then came back to rinse and then sprayed water in my face. Then I tried to get a recommendation from her, she sent me this three different people who tried to sell me three different since they work on commission

I got my hair colored and styled by Steph at the Salon. She gave me a blow out that lasted all weekend. She gives the highest quality hair service. She’s also very kind and caring. I will be coming back

Natasha and Lily are AMAZING! I got a hair service from Natasha and she made me feel very comfortable and she was very knowledgeable, when I left her chair i felt like a million bucks! You HAVE to get a facial from Lily, I have never been so relaxed and my skin was glowing when she was done. I will definitely be returning!

My wife and I tried to purchase some items but the sales clerk and manager tried to pressure us into opening an account. After the third or fourth time of saying NO, we decided they did not want our money so we left without making a purchase. We will never visit this store again.

Just experienced really bad customer service. Two employees working 5/11/24 were really rude to me and my little sister. We saw another woman get treated so nicely regarding birthday gifts and they were very patient with her, but we were ridiculed for asking about it post checkout. Then, my little sister wanted her birthday gift using her email account cause she doesn’t have a SIM card and it says optional phone number when creating an account, but the employee made her feel so stupid. She said multiple times rudely she couldn’t hear my sister and made a stank face when we talked in another language. It was very unprofessional and she did not need to argue with a little girl. I’m very disappointed, and I believe us POC woman got treated differently. Hoping this improves!
