If you need a passport, it is highly recommended you make an appointment. No walk ins for this location at the time. Staff were pleasant and the application process went very smoothly. Ensure you check website to make sure you have all the proper documents, which will make your visit easy.

Good afternoon Google family. I visited today to purchase a money order. I have visited this location before. The clerks are nice here. I purchased my money order, I already had a stamp and envelope and then I mailed it. A good experience today. Have a great day, workout, be healthy, fit and Fabulous.

I want to express my deep appreciation to the staff at the Warrington Post Office. I visited after being turned away from the Lansdale location due to a supposed fingerprinting machine malfunction. When I arrived at Warrington, the machine initially didn’t seem to work there either. However, unlike Lansdale, the staff at Warrington went above and beyond, trying multiple times with patience and determination to help me complete my fingerprinting.
It turned out that the issue wasn’t the machine itself but the way the fingerprinting process needs to be handled carefully, especially when prints are difficult to capture. Thanks to the staff’s dedication and effort, I was finally able to get the process done successfully.
I am truly grateful for their professionalism, responsibility, and kind support. They turned a frustrating experience into a positive one, and I hope their commitment is recognized. Thank you!

Horrible. 30 people in line and one woman at the counter who was on slow mode. Nobody else could help because they weren’t trained. Waited 45 minutes for stamps and to mail three envelopes. Wow! If you are bored and have nothing to do and want to wait in line for 45 minutes or more then this is the place for you. Otherwise, find a new post office. You’ll save your sanity.

The Warrington Passport person does not know the rules. I showed up for my appointment with all the correct paperwork. She then tells me I need a marriage license for the first time passport. I try arguing and she says no you need it. I leave, go to Horsham and they say I don't need it but it is a 3-4 hour wait. I can't get an appointment at another location for a month. So I waited a month for Warrington to just tell me the wrong information. Get someone who is educated

Had an appointment for a passport, but man do they run way behind. Plan to spend a much longer amount of time because you are going to be waiting. We didn’t even start until 25 minutes past our appointment time.

Visited the Warrington post office for the first time for passport appointments for my children and I. Both women at the counter were professional. Bianca was the customer service rep that assisted us. Bianca was not only professional and knowledgeable, but equally as important she was kind and personable. I’m super busy planning for my upcoming vacation, but I wanted to take the time to give this Postal location and Bianca the positive recognition they deserve!

This is about the only post office I know that actually answer a call, address your concern over the phone or in person. Polite and courtesy to their customers, very patience,wonderfulcustomers service,the interaction is positive always .Keep up the good work Warrington clerks

Poor customer service, one of the workers complained about my package and tried showing me a sign of what a package should look like when there was NO SIGN in front of her counter, even though I had a clear printed label, and the other labels that weren't able to be removed were covered. Didn't even offer me a sharpie to scratch out the extra stuff she was talking about, just complained. Do not go to this location if you don't want to deal with unnecessary drama.
