The staff at this location has always been very helpful. I recently stopped here over 2 separate occasions to upgrade 2 different phones. The most recent one wouldn't migrate my number correctly, so a quick 10 minute stop here had it resolved. I have had nothing but good experiences here.

Came by to drop off FiOS equipment here. They stated that they're not a drop off location. Yet 2 different customers service reps said they were. And have me this address. A little clarification would be appreciated.

Lauren went above and beyond to earn my trust. She deserves 6+ stars.
Lessons learned: 1/ eSIM may or may not work, especially when porting from another carrier. One line with eSIM activated just fine, another had weird technical issues. Just gave up on eSIM and got physical SIM instead. Worked like a charm. 2/ Yes, that location is popular, and there can be wait time. I'd still rather wait to be helped by Lauren again than go through phone or chat experience, every time with another agent, which mostly felt like going in circles (true for EVERY telco I had experience with)

Don’t go there if you see the line, there was 3 people in front of me and I’ve been told it’s for a “couple minutes”. So after 50 minutes of waiting I’ve decided to go to other store to upgrade my phone.

Terrible service. I have been with Verizon for over 10 years, paying roughly $500 a month. I go to this location today 15 minutes before they close because my wife’s phone wasn’t working. They had the replacement in stock, said I was eligible for the replacement, but they couldn’t help me tonight because they were closing. Well, maybe you should close the store at 4:30 instead of 5pm if you are going to kick clients out before helping them out. The managers name on site was Roxanne.

We had a great experience at this store today purchasing a new phone and setting up a new line. Roxy, Lauren and Lisa were welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. These girls rock!

It's unfortunate the Franchise stores aren't as helpful as the company owned. It is also unfortunate that Verizon has made a business decision in making it difficult to actually call the company owned stores. Wasting time and driving a half hour only to find they have no internet service . . .

This is not a review for the store but for the service and the Verizon organization in general. I traded in all of my 4 phones and all of a sudden I got charged for not receiving one phone. After multiple calls and bunch of time wasted they agreed that they received the device indeed and my bill will be adjusted within 2 business days. Week later, nothing was updated so I had to start over and was promised to have my bill updated within next 24 hours. Guess what? 4 days later, the bill remains the same. What the heck Verizon? If your system is so broken maybe it is time to fix it. And by the way, my phone service became worst over the last 6 months. Not happy with Verizon at all.
Edit: my issue was resolved after I sent the email to CEO and got contacted by the executive office
