On 1/24, I went in to Pharmacy to get a script filled. When the associate notified me that it would be ready after two pm as the staff goes to lunch from 1:30-2. I don't feel well, need the antibiotics, and just wanted to get home to nap. I grumbled, came home and rested. I grumbled at the associate when I dropped it off I admit that, but I did not expect them to fulfill until 2pm. I planned on apologizing to her when I picked up the script later that evening. When I picked up the script before I could apologize to her, she gestured to the pharmacist as soon as I provided my name. Look... I know they are severely understaffed and under appreciated but it is not my fault that all the pharmacies in the are go to lunch at the same time. Doesn't matter if is Walgreens or CVS. As a customer, I may have been a Karen, but as associates of Walgreens, they were both unprofessional upon my return for my script. Shame on them both.
As for the rest of the store, clean, associate at the front was friendly, helpful, and professional.

I have been using this pharmacy since the store opened. The staff is kind, helpful and professional even when the lines are long and the customers are rude. I commend their patience. They are only the messengers for the insurance companies. The customers need to remember that and not take their frustration out on the staff. Great store to shop and get your prescriptions filled.

I would give it zero stars if I could. The staff in the Pharmacy is always extremely rude like you’re an inconvenience to them and cut you off, with a HORRIBLE attitude problem before you can even finish what you’re asking. I thought CVS was bad. Smaller pharmacies deserve the business more than these rude, arrogant and incompetent pharmacies, like at this location. I should have called back to get her name but they would’ve lied at that point. Go work in a different line of work if you hate your job having to deal with people. Absolutely horrible how they talk to you!

I have worked in customer service for a long time, so I try very hard not to complain about customer service, however, the pharmacy staff here is terrible. They are rude when you call about a prescription as if I annoy them by calling. They will cut you off in the middle of talking, and place you on hold for extended periods all while they have this annoyed frustrated tone in their voice. If transferring my prescriptions wasn't such a hassle I would have done it the 3rd time they were so rude.

My daughter injured her ankle a few minutes prior in a store down the block and I was looking at ankle wraps in store. I had 1 out of box but not on her and a store personnel nearby berated us for opening a box. She said we should have measuring tape to measure and not open boxes. If I had gone home first, then maybe I could but I went right to store. Will never shop at a Walgreens again as this rude personnel made assumptions about us.

Today i was racially profiled by Kathryn the cashier and accused of stealing a magazine even after i told her i didn’t have a magazine and didn’t know where i had dropped in the store when done browsing. Went there today to buy asprin because i was having soreness. I browsed a people magazine while i searched for the Asprin. When i went to the counter Kathryn accused me of stealing the magazine because i am a minority. I threw the Asprin bottle across the counter and left with my soreness ?

Yesterday was my first visit. My husband and I were looking at deodorant, a twin pack to be precise. It wasn't in its right place so I went to the register and asked for a price check. It came up $11.XX. I told my husband and we were going to get it, but then I realized it wasn't the scent he could use. He chose a different kind and different brand. As we were leaving the isle I realized where the right place was for the twin pack and the price tag said $9.99 and 50% off next one. When we were at the cash register I pointed out the scan difference to Kelly and I also had a photo as proof.. Kelly was awesome and very apologetic. It wasn't a big deal, I just wanted it to be known incase another customer came in and it rang up wrong. I will definitely come back to this location because of how Kelly handled it. She's definitely a great worker.

Never had any real issues with shopping there, But their pharmacy sure does suck, and that's why I transferred my prescriptions to CVS again.

I wish that I could give this Walgreens zero stars. The pharmacy staff (not the actual Pharmacists) are so rude and incompetent. They have no idea how to look up insurance and regularly mess up and delay prescription refills. I should have left years ago when they gave me a regular Epi Pen instead of a Junior Epi Pen for my young child.

Once upon a time this was a great pharmacy and corner store. I was actually recommending this pharmacy to friends and family. Unfortunately over the last few years, it has been in constant decline; it’s now at an unacceptable level.They are very disorganized, prescriptions are rarely available at full quantities. They once gave me the wrong prescription even though I’ve been refilling it there for 10 years. At least once every 5-6 months they forget to include a manufacturer discount for an order. Most recently if I go there within 15 minutes before they close, they won’t even put it my prescription the system that day!On another note, their hours are constantly being reduced, they now close at 7 or even before that on weekends (which means you need to be their 6:30 to get any kind of service). If you go to the Walgreens website you can’t even find their pharmacy hours!After 10 years of being a customer, I am moving my business to Wegmans.

This has been my go to store for many years. They are very dependable, friendly, and go that extra mile for you when needed. My only wish is that it would be perfect if this store was open 24/ 7. But I realize they can't all be open all the time. But kudos to this team.
