Stood waiting for someone to come unlock golf balls for 35 mins. No one showed, pressed the help assistants button multiple times, asked someone doing a grocery pick up and all he could do is hit the same button. Why dont all employees carry the key to anything at is locked up? I left all my items on the floor and walked out of the store.

I don't really recommend the self check out. There is no room for you to put your items down to check out, I guess they're anticipating everyone to only use carts in their narrow-isled, overcrowded store. I paid in cash, where the machine ate a five dollar bill. Overall not a pleasant experience and I rather shop online. At Amazon.

I was trying to get a formula, Nobody is willing to help, spoke to one of the associate Rashaan seems like has the key for the formula, but he was lazy to move… was sitting in self checkout with four different associate and doing nothing, asked for a help he refused. Said go ring the bell and wait, however I waited there for 20 mins before coming to him. Walmart needs to hire people who actually works and help people to get what they want. That’s not cool, not coming back to this location anymore. Zero customer service l!!!!

My car got vandalized in their parking lot. I went to tell customer service, they told me they couldn't do anything. That is fine I guess, but they never even bothered to let their security know people were vandalizing cars in their lot.

Mighty in electronics helped me pick out a new TV that we weren't planning on buying. It was with her help, enthusiasm and knowledge that we felt great moving forward with our purchase. She then helped make sure it would fit and helped us load it into our SUV. Stellar service from a wonderful associate, give Mighty a promotion ASAP!

Very long lines and constsntly closes off the self checkout so if you have one item you need to wait at a regular cashier
