Fantastic shopping experience. The store is beautiful but the staff was the icing on the cake. Michelle and her "daughter" made the experience so nice for me. It is a real treat to get that kind of service anymore and I look forward to going back! Thank you ladies:)

It seems like a smaller store than others I have been in. The selection was not great and a lot of sizes were not in stock.

One of my favorite stores.

The staff was super nice. Unfortunately we were looking for classic, form fitting, sheek and this and a couple other stores are catering to the loose and baggy work at home look during these Covid times.

This is my favorite White House black market in the area. There is always a wide selection and good finds in clearance too. The merchandising of this store is bar none. I will be back.

This is a standard WHBM store setup and has a good array of items in both neutrals as well as the signature color. I didn't have a poor experience, but I didn't have an amazing one either. Staff can sometimes be a bit overly friendly - they legitimately want to help, but sometimes it's too much.

I went to WHBM (for the first time ever) looking for a dress that would be appropriate for an outdoor wedding. I needed something kind of summery, and since everyone has fall/winter stuff now, I headed straight to sale rack. I thought it odd that I greeted and asked one sales associate how she was before she asked me. Later, another sales associate started a dressing room for me, and asked for my shoe size. I thought that was odd too, but told her anyway. By the time I was ready to try on what I had picked out, the sales associate had filled my dressing room with complete outfits. I guess that's what they do there-- a personal shopping service-- but I really wasn't interested in trying on black jeans and $100 satin pumps (which, I admit, were very comfortable). Nothing I tried on did the trick for me, but I did want one dress in a different size. I couldn't find the associate from poking my head out of the dressing room, so I got dressed and found her. They didn't have the size I needed on the rack, so she went to the back to look for it. I waited. And waited. And waited. Finally, another associate asked if I was being helped. I told her what was up, and another associate said that the one helping me was actually on the phone and probably forgot about me. So someone went back to look for the dress and came back seconds later-- no dice. On my way out, the original associate came back out and apologized, saying the district manager was on the phone. I'm sure the DM is very important, but I can almost guarantee that she would have liked for a ready-to-spend customer to be helped.
