Several times, I've stopped to ask questions about how something works in my new-to-me Mini and got answers without them making me feel stupid. “Moved back to PA from a ten year stay down in Florida with no state inspections necessary so with everything needed after moving to another state, it was time to get our vehicles inspected again. Since we moved to a different area then we lived before, we had no connection to a reputable mechanic so went with the neighborhood recommendations and chose Hallman’s since they were the closest. We held our breaths once we dropped the cars off and to our surprise, both vehicles passed with only one note about brakes needed in six months. When I called to schedule they couldn’t be nicer and had both cars scheduled within a week. Will be going back for our needed brakes and inspection next year, we found our local mechanic, thank you.”

“I visited Lancaster Toyota several times in the process of purchasing my car and I never felt "sales-pitched" or hassled into anything I didn't want. My product specialist, Andrew, was knowledgeable and patient in answering any questions I had. Once in the finance office, I worked with Reuben, who gave me information about the Toyota Extra Care warrantee, and said he would tell me about the other four extra warrantees if I wanted him to. There was no pressure to get anything. I asked if I could take the information home to read and think about and he said that was fine. He wouldn't be calling me, but I should call him back only if I wanted to purchase the warrantee. I found everyone I worked with to be both professional and helpful.”

“Took my truck to this shop for a transmission issue . Dealing with the owner Matt , he is about as stand up as you are going to find . Very upfront and to the point. The issue was taken care of after some back and forth none of which was the shop he was dealing with a warranty company that insisted he use their parts to which were bad twice ! I would highly recommend Matt and his team for your automotive needs . The guys there are top notch and never let their customer questioning what’s going on.”

“I started to use Cooper Garage as a place to take my vehicles for inspection and repairs. I am so happy and satisfied by the staff and how great they do the job for a great price. I am grateful for them helping me out when my car broke down this week. I was told that it might be several days before getting to work on my car. I got a phone call from them once they received my car from the tow company. They said that they would take a look at it and if they had any time they would look at it. Even though I could get a vehicle from my mother, it would have taken a lot of time. I told my mother last week that I would take her to the doctor , I got a phone call again that day and they were able to fix my car that same day. Thank you so much to the mechanics and staff of R H Copper.”
“Just had the smoothest, friendliest, efficient transaction for our 2025 Subaru Outback. I had zero idea if I could even afford a loan AND had two cars to trade in. I was quickly set up with an appointment with Ian P. on Friday to talk about the Crosstrek and realized that I needed a bigger car. I came back Monday to look at the Outback and even though Ian wasn't in, another very kind knowledgeable salesman, Matt (?), showed us a detailed view of the Outback. He didn't even need to do that, but did it anyway! Worked out numbers Tuesday by phone and drove away Wednesday morning with the very same Outback. We worked with Mike in Finance and he was very respectful and patient with my vision-impaired husband to sign paperwork. Subaru truly is like walking into the family you didn't know you needed. I now know why two of my best friends have owned several Subaru cars over the years. I can't say enough about Ian P. and his rapore and professional attitude with myself and my husband. He's professional but makes you feel right at home in the 'family'. Cheers to LCM Subaru!
